Insane process for pickup and delivery... I hand my stuff to the driver and say this bag is wash and fold and these 3 shirts are dry cleaning.. he says OK... great... well, all my stuff got dry cleaned... my tiny bag of clothing that was by the way just a test run... and an experiment.... got dry cleaned.. my bill after a 25% discount was $85... and now they say my clothes have been delivered... not at my front door not at my patio where they were picked up.... the lady at the store says... speak to your concierge.. which she cannot pronounce... i am not that posh i don't have a concierge... so where are my clothes that have cost and arm and a leg to launder and by the way.... not wash... all dry cleaned which I specifically did not want.... A manager will reach out to you tomorrow So my clothes are going to sit outside somewhere near my condo/building overnight because you cannot tell me where they are until the manager speaks with me in the morning Yeah, like... glad I experimented with nothing of particular value other than the 3 shirts I wanted dry cleaned.. hope it doesn't rain tonight... read more

Sales clerk is rude. I brought in a sofa cushion cover for a minor stain cleaning. Made me pay before seeing the finished item which looked EXACTLY the same, stain and all. I was told "we don't guarantee stain removal. Did you give permission for a wet cleaning?" Quality upholstered fabric is dry lean only! I spent $20 for nothing but rude, poor quality service! Really awful service. I dropped off 3 silk blouses this past Monday (3/24/25) for dry cleaning services. I haven't needed to use a dry cleaner in many years, but when I have in the past, my items smelled fresh and clean. I literally cannot even tell if they were actually cleaned yesterday. I would strongly argue that they were simply hung on hangers and placed in plastic wrapping. I also downloaded the app for convenience. I added my card to my profile, but I never tapped to pay my invoice. Somehow, when I arrived, my card had been charged anyway. Uh, WHAT? I also wanted to use the $5 coupon offered to new customers using the app, but the coupon would not apply to my transaction (hence why I never tapped to pay on the app). The man who returned my items to me was absolutely befuddled by this feedback. He had no idea how to perform basic customer service. I awkwardly did this in the drive thru lane while standing outside of my car because I waited a prolonged amount of time for someone to work the actual drive thru lane (It was empty and metaphorical tumble weeds blew by). So yeah, one of my blouses came back to me with a new spot on it, none were actually cleaned, I was overcharged, they used my card for payment without authorization, and their staff is untrained and basically useless. Shame on you, P&G I am shocked and disappointed by the rude and service less experience I endured on the Saturday (before Easter) at this store. I had no pick up today but simply wanted to obtain (purchase) six sheets of dry-cleaning wrap so my future daughter-in-law could travel with her wedding dress with confidence. I was completely refused even after I patiently explained the urgency and my willingness to pay. I was told some BS by both employees in the front about how they come from a specialty vendor. I asked what their least expensive garment to clean is and said I'd pay for 6 of those just to get the bags. No dice, and unbelievably rude. In the end, I drove 15 km to Dry Clean America on 70. The man there was so sweet, understood my plight, and instantly provided me with six plastic bags, free of charge, with " of course, madam" as his response. My business has moved there permanently. Such shameful and uncharitable behavior has no pls d in the service industry. read more

I enquired about specific stains on a dress of mine which, Jennifer explained that it would be wiser if I took the dress into TIDE to speak to a specific expert. I had a poor customer experience today. I have been very satisfied with a local dry cleaner but decided to try the store on Tuttle because I got an on line a coupon for " 25% OFF First -Time Order for services " with explicit exclusions noted only for "leather , outer ware , household items or wedding dresses " With that incentive I decided to give it a try . I brought in one item to be dry cleaned and 6 pants for alteration . The first thing the young man told me was that only the shirt was eligible for the discount. Since the alterations are sent off site they are not covered. I was confused since the coupon said " for services". It did not exclude alterations. Services are services provided by the store with only the 4 exclusions note Had I known that the coupon was misleading I would not have gone to the store since my primary goal was to get the alterations and at the 25% savings . Since I was already there , i decided to continue with my order. 5 minutes later they young man completed my " registration " into the computer system for my shirt and he turned attention to the 6 pants. He asked be what I wanted done to each so he could ring the order up . I cannot answer specifically I said . Each requires something different depending on what the tailor thinks is possible and how much needs to be done. Some alterations might not be possible . He then explained that there was no one on site to do those measurements. I would have to come back with an appointment . I left. Went to my regular dry cleaner. Measurements were taken on the spot and I left there satisfied . So my experience at Tide was not satisfactory . I could not receive the published discount and the alteration service promoted would take another visit making the process really unwieldy read more

I love tide detergent and was excited to see they now have dry cleaners. The place is new smells nice, employees are friendly but the prices are crazy expensive. First visit was 1/2 off, I brought bedding in and it essentially was the same price I would pay at my regular cleaners with the 1/2 discount. No Customer Service. My former cleaner was sold to Tide and I am allergic to their products. I cancelled the service and have confirmation emails. 2 weeks after I cancelled , their driver picked up my cleaning that was outside for my new service. I called immediately. They never even called back to tell me they had my clothes. I had to keep calling every day to find out what was going on. They did NOT return my clothes until today (Monday) after they sat in a hot truck for 4 days. There was NO apology. I DO NOT RECOMMEND using this cleaner. read more

Only the upmost professionalism and quality of staff and service. We chose to use them as "new" customers for their recent Grand Opening. Sadly---- though we had anticipated quality, and professional results, to our dismay and disbelief--we did not receive anything remotely close. We are not considered difficult people to please and prefer to leave reviews of commendation ------but this one seriously HAS TO BE negative--if we could give "no star" we would. We honestly wanted to support this new business, close to home with best intentions of becoming solid customers. But we will not put up with misrepresentations, mispelled name and lost suits--they were found but the whole experience was a fiasco. One item supposedly was sent "out" for special attention-----but was returned with same stains and dirt and bad odor--did they only spray it with Febreze we wondered????????????? Also they tried to "avoid fulfilling" the discounts that were in effect for participating as new customers???!!! AND tried charging by a square foot of a small afghan when that was not the original deal nor was disclosed when accepted------then they decided it should be $35 for cleaning it??????? WHAT??!!!!! I would give more details but I really am trying to be kind while truthfully informative. Husband should not have had to debate any of this during pick up and then pay for their complications. And by the way--the dirty afghan was discovered by me, at home-- when my husband handed it to me and I removed the plastic bag and examined--I think they should have made us aware upon pick up that there was "evident issues with cleaning" that failed, that would make it more acceptable to me and I can be understanding and negotiate something else perhaps. Especially since they considered it a special item--- they should at least be checking results when it came back from wherever they sent it? Not just pass it along as if all is fine??! Then insult to injury------- have us pay an increased fee and then find out at home it still needs cleaned---just made it become another difficulty. ALL of this as a "First Impression" was definitely a "no star" experience from our point of view. We hate to report it this way but this is what happened. And yes perhaps reasonably---- we can consider they are maybe "learning"------- but customer service for their faults--- should be a priority. It was a very shabby experience at best. Of course we will never go again, shame on Tide representatives at the brand new location--- there are too many options-- to risk going through more trouble and expense, to be clean and tidy by "Tide"....sigh......very VERY disappointed and we had referred others there to give them a try--------------- before we had these results. We never expected such a problem--we really just expected better--naively I guess, you know, "the difference" they advertise. HMMmmm. We can only hope-- Tide rose to the occasion and did not let the referrals down in a stagnant water pool...... Think twice before you go and then think again. When Tide went in I was really excited to have a state-of-the-art dry cleaners nearby. But after my experience today I will not be using them again. In short, I dropped-off a pair of pants to be shortened on 12/14. They didn't have a seamstress on site but told me IF I had them already pinned they'd take them. I was told they'd be ready on 12/21. Went in today only to be told, "They'll be ready on the 28th." I'm going out of town for The Holidays so this was totally unfair and unacceptable. I never would have left the pants there if I'd been told it would take two weeks. There were two people "helping" me; although neither seemed to have any answers, let alone an apology. I asked to get back the pants so I could hem them myself or have a responsible cleaner do the job. Nope...there was no way to get them. Finally, the female employee decided to actually look for them; you know, like she should have done at the start. (The young man at the register could only repeat that I couldn't have my pants for another week. Again, no "sorry" was spoken.) After a search of the premises, the woman found my pants, hanging about 6 feet away from the register. Her explanation was they hadn't input the information yet. So...the take-away on this was if I'd accepted their lackadaisical attitude at the "get-go" I would have left empty-handed and been made to wait another week. Nice service. So if you want to be aggravated and treated poorly, Tide is the place for you. P.S. I was asked if I wanted a bag for the pants and I said "yes, it's raining." That took over 5 minutes to accomplish. I have been looking for a cleaners for my king size comforter for several years. It was very expensive; and after many disastrous experiences with previous comforters I waited to find the "perfect place". I live 45 minutes from Tide cleaners, but because of great reviews I decided the drive was worth it. I explored the internet about "Tide Cleaners" and found a 50% off coupon for your first visit. My experience was spectacular. Believe me you won 't find a better staff--friendly and go out of their way to make your experience super. Tide samples, candy, and water are available as a treat. Told me all about their policies for future visits, and I knew I found the right place. My comforter came back better than new in a comforter bag with a handle to protect it and handle it more easily. All for $15.00 with my 50% off coupon. I was willing to spend much more and was thrilled at the price, but most important I got spectacular service and quality. I never buy clothes that need to be dry cleaned, because you get so ripped off with the cleaning. Not here. It will be the only place I take anything to be dry cleaned. Thank you. read more
