The Cuban inspired cuisine is out of this world and you truly can't beat the prices. I love that the menu is on the smaller side. They know what they do well and prioritize quality over quantity. My favorite dish is the Rosa Breakfast Wrap but I do look forward to exploring the rest of the menu. I've been here for dinner once and I loved the Ensalada Verde. The ambiance is also a big highlight for me. The seating is so comfortable that I love just reading here sometimes and it's one of the few places I take my ear buds out while eating solo so I can immerse myself in the atmosphere by listening to Spanish-language music and eavesdropping on conversations of my fellow diners. This place should have a line around the block for brunch every weekend but just as long as they have a table saved for me. Special shoutout to Fran and Ashon who take great care of their guest and are just a joy to chat with.

Our servers, Ashon and Rob, were absolutely amazing. They went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, and despite the restaurant being packed, the two of them managed the entire floor flawlessly. Every table was attended to, service was smooth, and they kept the place spotless. They are definitely a fantastic team! A special shoutout to Ashon, who made the best coffee, and to Chef Kourtney, who personally came out to check on us. She even surprised us with a heavenly crème brûlée French toast with cream and guava syrup -- truly something else! That dish alone is worth the visit. The hospitality here was incredible. We felt genuinely cared for and welcomed, and the food was outstanding. We took photos of our dishes, but trust me... the pictures don't do them justice. If you're thinking about visiting this place, don't think too hard -- just go! You won't regret it.

Tapas on Main is a tapas bar and restaurant that opened in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania in May 2011. It…read morewas founded by restaurateurs and business partners Juan Carlos Paredes and chef Rafael Palomina. Both hailing from Bogota, Colombia, the two partners own a number of restaurants both separately and together. With Tapas on Main, they brought authentic Spanish-inspired dishes to downtown Bethlehem. In February 2015, when the unit next door became available, the partners opened a French-style bistro dubbed Cachette Bistro + Creperie. With both eateries adjacent to each other, they can share the same kitchen and liquor license; it makes for easy management. Palomina serves as the executive chef for both establishments, while Luis Abundez serves as the chef de cuisine. My family and I visited Tapas on Main and Cachette Bistro + Creperie this past summer while we were visiting relatives in the area. We stopped by while exploring Main Street and it looked like a cool place to get brunch. Although we were all seated in Cachette's dining room, the staff said that we were allowed to order anything from either establishment's menu. For drinks, I ordered a "Limoncello Spritz" while my wife had a "French 75". For food, I had the "Smoked Salmon Benedict" (two poached eggs, smoked salmon, sautéed spinach, bacon crumbles and hollandaise over English muffins), my wife had the "Huevos Rancheros Crepe" (two fried eggs, chorizo, pico de Gallo, cilantro rice, black beans, jack cheese), and our sons shared the "French Toast" (fresh bananas & strawberries, maple syrup). We all really enjoyed our meal! Our extended family also enjoyed their dishes, which included the "Croque Madame" (gruyere, ham & egg sandwich, served w/ frisee & apple salad). Whether you fancy a culinary trip to Spain or France, you'll find plenty of delicious dishes at these two establishments!

The owner copped an attitude when I asked why simple things like a plain bagel was out of stock and it replied very sarcastically to me that maybe if I woke up earlier like most responsible adults I would be able to have first dibs on the popular items. I spotted plain bagels sitting behind on the counter and supposedly those were reserved for his snack later on mind you it was only 11am. Smfh I left hungry and disappointed. How are you going to stash food for yourself instead of selling it to customers? Don't believe the positive reviews. They are mostly from employees and customers bribed with discounts for leaving positive feedback. The owner was also responsible for the failure New York gyro. That place was disgusting too. I remember seeing the owner working there and treating the delivery drivers like trash. There was even a video someone shared where Mister velvet of the owner there (heavy set Oompa Loompa looking kinda) berating a delivery driver. Never again.

The menu offers a variety of choices for all times of the day -- they were even happy to accommodate a request I had that wasn't listed on the menu. The prices are beyond fair -- they even offer a rewards system for BOTH food and drinks. My food was made fresh and the portions were generous. Fresh food delivered with a smile - not something you find often around here with all the chain restaurants. While there isn't indoor seating (there is outdoor seating in the warmer months), a patio heater was turned on for me which kept me beyond warm while I waited. This was a really nice touch considering there is street parking right in front and I could have easily been expected to wait in my car. I will definitely be a regular!
