A touch screen at your table lets you order items that aren't on the main belt; those orders arrive on a separate, fast conveyor belt above the main one. When you finish, drop your plates into a slot at the booth--plates are counted and you're billed by plate. Drinks are ordered on the touch screen as well and are brought to your booth by a friendly robot. The format is efficient and entertaining, and it's easy to sample a variety of small dishes. Ramen, tempura and other dishes are available alongside the sushi, and service is generally quick because of the automated system. That said, the sushi itself is just okay, not outstanding. You can find better, and cheaper sushi elsewhere in Pittsburgh, but those places won't offer the same conveyor-belt experience.
