I normally use Tidal Wave. I've been to different ones but this was my first time at this one. When I came the line was long which wasn't a problem but the problem was packing us in the wash like sardines. I swear I didn't know if I tapped the car in front of me because we were so close and the tracks kept jerking my car. When I could finally see, there was another car so close behind me that I couldn't even see their headlights. It was a rushed job AND after I went through I still had soap on my car. What's the point of a coming to a car wash if you only get half the service? On top of the fact that half the vacuums don't work. Please do better. read more

Five stars for Kevin H. I was cleaning the interior of my car, and started vacuuming and accidentally sucked up the nozzle for my seat heater. Long story short, Kevin H. Shut the vacuum off, took the container off and founded the nozzle within less than a minute. Didn't interfere with nobody else vacuum just mines. Great Customer Service Kevin H. Worth the purchase of a monthly plan. If you have additional cars it's cheaper the more cars you add. It's always clean and well maintained. Very busy on Saturday. Better days to wash is during the week days. I love that this location provides black hand towels and window cleaner. The vacs are in good working condition. The car cleans almost and as good as a hand wash. The location is extremely busy on Saturday. read more

There is a reason why this line is long everytime we're in town! This is one of the best drive-thru car washes I've ever used. We usually come on Saturdays and the line is long, but moves quickly. All of the workers are super friendly and helpful. Once you go through the car wash, there are stations set up where customers can vacuum their interior, clean the windows, and dry their cars by hand for free. All necessary supplies are provided at the stations as well. I will be back the next time I'm in town! read more

Do NOT, under any circumstances, take your JEEP WRANGLER to this carwash. My Jeep has been DAMAGED TWICE. First, the windshield wipers were stuck in the UP position after being forcefully pulled upward by the Buff wheel. This damage was corrected without having to place a claim. However, after another few successful washes preformed without selecting the Buff wheel option, my front fender was damaged - I'm not sure how - but this will definitely require a claim to repair. I am currently waiting on response from management yet nothing has been received since my initial 'incident report' yesterday; 4/7/2022. read more

Absolutely hate this location. The lines are ridiculous and the buffer wheel is always broken. The last time I washed my car here, the conveyor belt broke leaving me and other cars stuck inside. Just terrible read more

The gentleman who checked us in lied about there being a $15 special and when I asked him about the receipt, he assured me that they would apply a credit for the $15 special. Total Scam & was charged $39.99. Don't trust anything the people here tell you. Wash was just fair. read more

Today, I went to Tidal Wave in Fayetteville and that was what happened to me. I bought a $20 plan and when I went through the car washing machine it put the soap but it didn't rinse it and I cannot see anything and although stop inside the machine. Because the machine is automatic and it will move your car if I still stop here my car will get hit. So, I went out of the machine and everybody in the vacuum section place so surprise and ask me "what happened to my car?". Then I told the staff there and they said that I just go back and they gonna rinse for me. There was one man in here and he so surprise and he told me that the soap is full of my glass then he called the staff over there to see what happened to me. At the entrance, I ask to meet the manager and the manager is at the entrance and he's not wearing a mask and talking to me. Due to the COVID-19, all of the staff in here are not wearing a mask. I went there every month with a club plan and I thought it was pretty good. Also, when I came there I bought a $20 plan but it just showed in the plan electric board only $10 or $15 plan. I feel very frustrated and waste my time in this situation. I think this is the last time I came to this Tidal Wave. read more

I love this place. Ive had a membership for about a year now but the other day, the service was over the top amazing! A young worker came over to shine and clean my tires and he did a fantastic job. After he had finished mine, a man was being extremely rude to him but he handled it with the best customer service and I believe this guy deserves a raise. Got a $20 wash. Attendants were very nice and did a great prewash scrub over my car as it was very dirty. This helped get it clean with one pass through the car wash. Most places don't scrub good before the wash and I have to go back through. Great service! read more

It's a decent drive thru car wash, but I'm not sure how the tire shine functionality works, but it doesn't get the job done. Half of my tires had tire shine and the other half didn't. I had tire shine spray all the way from the front tire, down my side skirts all the way to my rear tire. If they offered a wash without tire shine I'd probably use them again, but they don't. read more

I visited this car was on Saturday February 12, 2022 and was driving my God-Mom 1992 Volvo 940. It was very crowded and I wish I had never waited to get a car was with the experience I had. The kids working were very rude and you could tell they were over worked and had bad attitudes. I got stuck on the tracks going in and the kid told me to turn the car and back up a little. I didn't notice that her automatic antenna came out because they had put the soap brush on the front and back windows. I went through the car wash and it broke her automatic antenna. The kid should have said your antenna is up before I went into the car wash but he didn't. After seeing this I tried to speak with a manager but he was so rude, I called the police to come help because I didn't want to make a scene at this place of business. All the manager kept saying was we are not responsible for cars 10 years are more. Then don't take our cash for a car wash, put a big sign out that reads only cars 2012-2022 at this car wash and see how quick your sales go down. All i want from this car wash is to pay me $145.00 I had to pay for a new antenna to be put on and I take our business someplace else. read more
