He explained that I would be contacted in 48 to 72 hours to explain the process. I received text message from Hayden to go to your preferred body shop to get a quote for the repair. He explained they would bill Waves directly. A day after I dropped my vehicle off for repair I received an email the day after explaining Waves would not cover the repair to fix my new vehicle. Employees of Waves are making inaccurate statements so they don't have to cover the damage their equipment caused.

There are vacuuming stations, they're very simple to use, can be used anytime at your leisure and they're the best vacuuming system one could ask to have! I'll be moving away from the Powdersville area and would hope to find service as great as Waves offers, although it doubtful. They don't have a location near where I'll be moving, sadly. Came home once and noticed some scratch marks on the back rear bumper corner. Then the next time we went we notice scratch marks right in front of the drivers side door. Both obviously happened at Waves Car Wash. We showed the scratches to management. They said, oh yeah. That's bad. We'll take pictures and submit a claim for you. Called a few days later and said the claim as refused because the scratches weren't consistent with scratches made at a car wash. Pretty convenient excuse. Management don't really seem to care at all. E cancelled our monthly car wash subscription. No apologies, no offer of any refund, just basically "don't let the door hit you on the way out." If you value the appearance of your car, I would never trust it with Wave's Car Wash. Horrible customer service. Horrible management. Just a horrible business. Avoid at all costs.

Due to my location here in Mauldin, I ended up at the Butler car wash. Being a person of habit, I stayed with them for nearly 2 years. I could not regret it more! Waves is less $$ for SO MUCH MORE!!! The monthly packages are the way to go for sure. For the ultimate package, I pay more than $6 a month, less than at the Butler car wash and it includes double the advantages. The actual wash system is FAR superior! My vehicle comes through the wash much cleaner, much easier to wipe down due to less residual water, and the tire shine is no joke!! + They offer a tire shine done by hand after your wash to ensure you get that sexy lookin shine. On top of that, the tire shine from other wash places locally fades out to nothing in an hour or two. The tire shine I get at Wash ls still looks great 2 days later! Frankly, the 3-mile drive is quiet and peaceful, so I have come to really enjoy heading into Waves at the end of my shift. Dial my vehicle in with free vacuum, a high-pressure air hose to knock the water out of those sticky places, then a quick calming drive home for the night. I can not recommend this location more! Alex, Jason, and Lovina went out of their way to make my first few visits especially welcoming. I was pretty overwhelmed by the example of outstanding customer service. Especially in this time when our customer service expectations are becoming lower and lower. It is a wonderful change of pace to get this kind of customer service after being on the phone with an AI bot to get a simple task handled.

I love when car washes have 'stations' set up for you to continue to wash the interior of your vehicle once you go through the primary wash. This place has it. Complete with rags, vacuums, interior spray, hoses for mat cleaning, and even high powered air compressor hoses. The wash itself has three different tiers of washes that you can do, and it is on the pricier side, but you get what you pay for, and what's great is if you feel the first one was insufficient, they'll let you go through again at no extra charge. I'll definitely be back!

I so want to give a big hug to one of the guys…read morethat work there, not sure of his name, he is a shorter guy with a beard The people who work there really do their best to keep the check-in lane moving as fast as possible and get cars into the car wash quickly. I have a membership, so I use the membership lane, but sometimes people get in that lane when there is an issue with their account, a payment problem, or something else holding things up. When that happens, the line can back up, but I have noticed the employees do their best to fix the problem as quickly as they can. One time, I was behind a customer who was having an issue, and the attendant politely asked if they would mind going around to the non-members lane so they could help fix the issue without holding up the membership line. The customer did not seem happy, but the employee still kept a smile and did not act rude in any way. I also want to say that this location seems short-staffed. The same person who was working check-in was also inside, and later that same person helped me when I asked for new towels. Even with all that going on, they were still trying to help everyone and keep things moving. Overall, I appreciate the hard work at this location. They deserve the 5 stars.

Zips: replace your towels and get a dryer for them, they are pure mildew and mold at every location. Add a spray station for rubber mats, and make the bathrooms not absolutely atrocious. I WISH so badly a new car wash would open on Tunnel Road or north Asheville that has vacuums, because Zips has been horrible for years, and the only reason they're still in business is because they are literally a monopoly. To the owners: you need to stop building new locations and put money into the poorly managed locations you have now.
