We were told that we had "five minutes" left at 11:45 p.m. on Sunday night. They close at midnight, and it hadn't ever been an issue for us to leave just before closing in prior visits, and we've been doing our laundry there for a few years now. We would have been done in plenty of time before closing, but there was a young man who seemed to know the younger rude woman behind the counter, hanging around acting like he wanted to start something, so we left quickly because we felt threatened by him. We won't be back. The younger woman was rude to my husband when he bought something 25 minutes before closing. Disrespectful staff, and they need more training if they are going to be throwing good customers out early.

I have to say I was extremely satisfied with the finished product! My car is a 2007 Acura MDX (12 years old) and just turned 100,000 miles. It's my baby and will drive it until I die. Derek made the car look 'Showroom New.' There were some scratches and door dings that are now completely gone. My right headlight cover had scratches and was getting a little discolored. Somehow, the scratches are gone and it's now crystal clear. The inside detail was incredible. I have had many auto details in the past, but this was by far the best I have ever seen. While the young man that I left my SUV with was as nice as could be, my concerns about not allowing smoke in my vehicle were ignored. I have a severe allergic reaction (chest pain, unable to breathe - even second hand smoke and residue) which I stated when I dropped the car off. When I arrived to pick it up, someone in the office (management/owner?) was smoking so much that it was drifting into my car. I started closing all the doors, mentioning the smoke getting in there. Today, more than 24 hours later, my car smells horrible and I now have chest pains from having to wash the entire interior of my car, which I could have done without taking it to Cooper and paying $200 for what should have been a clean car. I still have to wash the carpeting and overhead cloth. I am beyond upset about this. They offered to spray "new car" deodorant in the car but you cannot remove smoke after it permeates carpeting, overhead cloth and leather!!! Nicotine leaves a residue that has to be washed out and I don't know how I'm going to get it all out (or if I even can) before my vacation on Monday which will be ruined if I can't go because I can't even get in the vehicle. If you're in the business of CLEANING a vehicle, you should not be allowing smoke from anywhere to DIRTY it. I will NEVER return to Cooper Detailing and all the friends that I have recommended this company to will be notified.
