There wasn't even much room to walk around. One of the men working came out and took photos, then had me return inside to file a report. He had to search and all he had was a pencil for me to use. He said I'd get a call that day or the next morning. It's been 2 days and no word from them. I tried snapping in the panel, but the damage was too great and it wouldn't stay. I couldn't even get far without it falling off, so I had to find a store and get tape just to make it back home! Very upset and do not recommend! They do not care about your car or your business.

Two of the times were for minor body damage where they had to match the paint color. When I picked my car up, I couldn't tell where the damage had been even though I knew where it had been. The third time I was hit head- on from the driver's side to half the passenger side hood. Again, they did an excellent job. The car looked great! They are also very reasonably priced. My insurance company has accepted their estimates without question. Just as important, they have never talked down to me in a condensencing way. They are very courteous and polite, even when other men are gathered around. I will take my car back to them anytime it has a body problem. I also recommend them to anyone who needs to a body shop.

I love when car washes have 'stations' set up for you to continue to wash the interior of your vehicle once you go through the primary wash. This place has it. Complete with rags, vacuums, interior spray, hoses for mat cleaning, and even high powered air compressor hoses. The wash itself has three different tiers of washes that you can do, and it is on the pricier side, but you get what you pay for, and what's great is if you feel the first one was insufficient, they'll let you go through again at no extra charge. I'm mystified by the good reviews, I can't even get anyone to tell me what's wrong with the car and look at it after leaving it for weeks at times, are they interested in doing inspections and oil changes only and only look at cars when there's nothing for the day, and their policy is to tell customers they don't know when they leave and be able to look at it, that it might be next week. On average, the last three times I've brought a vehicle here, I've had to call three times a remind them for them to even look at it, and they have moved towards never being able to give any kind of expected time I'm assuming they're still taking new vehicle's during that time and just forgetting about my vehicle or prioritizing people, they know or something? It's anyone's guess when there's no communication. So two thoughts 1. Someone in charge is overwhelmed Adhd person and is not processing cars in the order they come in while customers are being forgotten and not communicated with. 2. Whoever is in charge doesn't have the business assertion skills to refuse business. It would be better to have a future customer than create bad customer service that would make someone wanna take the time to write the review I am writing. The people have not been inpolite at the front desk, but like I said, it's promise, nothing and deliver nothing here, Secondly, I am returning the car for the second time with the same problem, after waiting a week and a half for them to look at it the last time, they informed me that it would be another unknown amount of time before they can order the parts to do the complete repair job, so I let them replace the ignition coil and got my car back I love my town, and I would love to give a better review for a local business, but for now I'm looking for another mechanic, and I would recommend you do the same. Maybe going to Asheville is worth it. When I was on the other side of town, I got some pretty good service at several places. Again, I'm willing to reconsider my experience if somebody wants to reach out, but this has been the worst customer experience at an auto place ever. It would be better for you to tell people that you can't take any business and that they would do better somewhere else then to instruct your staff to tell people you don't know when you'll be able to get to it and make them beg you to plug the machine in and let them let them know what the code says Update: 1/19/23: found a new mechanic, turns out one of the two coils they replaced just two months ago, failed because they were of dubious quality. The sales staff was easy to deal with - no problem there - but the service AFTER the sale leaves a lot to be desired. I bought a used Subaru with some bumper damage. As part of the sale, I was promised a new bumper. That was over 3 week ago. I have made 3 phone calls since then and showed up for an appointment only to find out the part was never ordered. Does the "Hunter Hometown Promise" only apply to new cars? It's incredibly disappointing to see a locally owned company treat their customers like this.
