I'm not sure what all the hype is about. Maybe I went in with unrealistic expectations. I thought…read moresomething was going to "pop," or maybe my chair was going to move or something. That said, the facility was beautiful. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and parking was easy with validation, which was a nice bonus. Unfortunately, I found the Cirque du Soleil show to be pretty average and it just didn't live up to my expectations, perhaps because I've seen many in the past. Oh yes and the chicken wings.... Oh so good!!!!!!!

Soooo if you're currently on the site and wondering if you should get a ticket... let me tell ya…read more... you will get your moneys worth In my opinion. The vibe/ Experience : Cosm is definitely where I see movies and entertainment going. Cheers to the dev team that did all the graphic surrounding the movie you did an amazing job. my favorite set was the chess by far!!! This was definitely an amazing experience, and we can wait till yall get the next movie going because me and my wife enjoyed this immersive experience so much. My wife loves Harry Potter as she brought me into that world and I saw her inner child come out watching it. Let me know when you get lord of the rings going btw lol. They show a preview of watching other movies , and live sports with cameras angles that make you feel like your right there at the event and it was really great. I would not pay $75 to go watch a ducks game there but if they had like a $25 charge to watch a sports game there you would make a killing off food, alcohol and if you have swag there's a lot of great opportunity there. The service: was really great Carlos was our host and he was honestly amazing, me and my wife were just getting over a cold and we had asked for hot water with lemon and he made sure we had all we needed. He did his best to check in while being busy. The food: so I was surprised here... usually food in these theaters is meh... the wings, the streak sandwich and the espresso brownie !! It was all very delicious. The wings buffalo sauce was nice and tangy, the winds still had a crisp to them , the steak sando had good balance to it with the meat (which was prepped to med rare perfectly) the aioli was delicious. That espresso brownie!!!! Yes please lol. One thing I wanted to say is they do offer an additional menu which you have to pay for in. Advance, I did not get it for me and my wife because a lot of it was similar to the food at the wizarding world at universal studio. Honestly I would suggest to just have the menu available for all and have swag on site for all to buy, and the last thing would be ... it would be nice to have foot stools while sitting, the couch spaces are nice I was almost tempted to put our little table on long wise so we had more Room for our food and could kick back and further enjoy the movie.

If you asked me in September what I thought of Drive-In OC, I would've told you that it's great and…read moreprobably given it 5-stars. After going to Insomniac's Park 'n Rave, Drive-In OC pales far in comparison. I came for Gareth Emery and since I bought GA tickets (which are first come, first serve), I arrived 5-min before gates opened. The security will not let you in until 4:30pm on the dot so we had to wait in the strip mall across the street. By the time we were let in, we were probably the 20th car in line. Somehow after security was done checking our vehicle, we were luckily the 2nd car to actually go into the venue and park, so we had an amazing view in the first row of GA, which is basically the 4th row (first three rows are VIP). I love their food and restroom system, which is all done on their app/website via QR code. Major plus. And their restrooms aren't port-o-potties, so even better! There were also some food trucks that you could buy directly from. Food is average event prices and obviously will not be the best-tasting food. Just good enough to suffice you if you're hungry. You are allowed to bring in your own sealed water, although now looking at the new rules, they've now limited the size per individual, which I don't like. Speaking of limitations, at that time, each car was allowed however many people as there were seatbelts in the car. So if you had 8 seatbelts, you were allowed 8 people in your group. Looking at new rules, the maximum is now 5 people. I'm not sure if this is because of COVID or if they're just greedy, but I'm not a fan of this new limitation especially since 5 is such an odd number. Another thing I wasn't a fan of is the stage and sound set-up. The stage is tiny and looks like one of those stages they do at free events. There are two screens, just as small, so it must've sucked for those in the way back. The sound system is a regular PA system and although they had extra speakers set-up in the center of the parking lot, I heard from friends that the music could be barely heard in the back. They have a channel on the FM Radio so you can blast the music in your car, but my friends who went to Kaskade said it wasn't in-sync and lagged behind the actual music a bit. Even in the 4th row, which was really really close to the stage and sound, I could easily have conversations with my boyfriend and not constantly scream, "What???" at him. This may be a good thing for some, but personally, I think it lowers the concert experience. I want to feel the music and bass bumping through my body lol Now the thing that upset me the most: social-distancing and spacing of the vehicles. The staggering system is great, and the 160 sqft of dancing space next to your car is nice too, in theory. They did not have any railings dividing these sections forcing everyone to keep to themselves. When you have concert goers inebriated, they are not going to stick to their own areas; that's just a fact. And the lazier ones trying to sneak to the front to get pics are going to cut through rows and walk into your private space instead of walking around the rows of parked cars. Since we were in the front, people were constantly walking through our private dancing space and it was rude, uncomfortable, and annoying. I think recently, they decided to add pink ribbon to divide the spaces. Pink RIBBON. RIBBON. Lol. What the hell is ribbon going to do? People can easily walk under it or just pull it down? There's no sense of safety or security at all (not to mention incredibly unprofessional, ugly, and cheap-looking). I'll be attending Gareth Emery's Laserface next weekend and I'm only going because I'm a huge fan and I want to support him during rough times. Not looking forward to the shitty sound and lack of social-distancing security.

I had a budget in mind that I was trying to stay in and Ticket Giant was more than able to accommodate my budget. But they also gave me seat recommendations and yes it was a little above my budget. They asked the right question, is it a special occasion and things like that. This helped them recommend me some seating options. The great thing about it was I NEVER felt pressured to buy anything. And now, I'll be enjoying the Romeo Santos concert 14 rows from the front Stage with my beautiful bride! And not to mention, they do a little something special for special occasions (see picture) I recommend Ticket Giant for all your tickets needs. Thank you!

A few of the things that I love about the services that I receive from TG (Bill) is that he is easily accessible (Good Hours/eMail or Phone), he is very knowledgeable about the various venues to provide you the best seating for a good price and his enthusiasm about your event couldn't be more infectious if he was attending the venue himself (I Love It)! When you are ready to enjoy your favorite venue or trying something new; allow the TicketGiant to take the struggle or frustration out of finding the best seat in the house for your buck! Thanks again Bill!
