He called to notify me that he was going continue with the transaction and charge my card. I was actually pretty impressed that I received a call. I also noticed that he was near by and I asked if I could pick up the tickets in his office rather than at will call. Mike was pretty accommodating and said that he would be in the office until 10p. After work I drove down to his office and was able to pick up my tickets without a problem. I just wish he didn't charge me the $15 "Will Call" delivery fee. Over all the process of buying tickets from Mike's was pretty good. I felt that the price of the tickets were marked up pretty high. But after doing a lot more research the price of the tickets are about the same as other sites. In the future I might buy from Mike's again but I would look for the best ticket deal before any purchase is make or buy earlier.

She was very nice and helpful and then transferred us to someone in buying tickets. Sue the lady who was helping us purchase tickets was the most wonderful, kind, amazing, sweet helpful lady. We kept having problems with all this stuff we both don't understand, but Sue was so calm, patient and helped us. We had to go and figure things out and when we called back and to our amazement we had Sue again. She again couldn't have been more helpful. Then she even went out of her way to help us with our ticket relations. The entire time we spoke with her from start to finish she was a huge blessing. My mom and I were so happy and she put a nice start to our day, week and month since it's been challenging. Sue was like our own Disney Angle. I highly hope that others have the privilege of interacting with Sue as well as Christina. I usually watch movies here during the week, either in the morning or early in the afternoon, when crowds are light, and parking is easy. For concessions, I usually get a popcorn, hot dog, or nachos. I really like the Doritos Nachos with the cheese on the side. You can add jalapeños or extra cheese for an extra cost. There are fountain drinks that the staff will fill, or you can grab a bottled drink from the fridge at the cashier. There are a few other food and drink options to the left and right of the lobby, as well as a bar for alcoholic drinks. One of the main reasons to visit this Regal location is the 70mm IMAX theater. I've seen Marvel movies, Superman, Oppenheimer, Sinners, and recently Project Hail Mary. I love how large the screen is, and the audio is outstanding and immersive. The ideal rows, in my opinion, are G through J, which offer a good sightline for the enormous screen. Other theaters I've been in have been clean, with seats, screens, and audio systems that are fairly well maintained. ScreenX (larger than regular screens) and 4Dx (with motion) also offer a unique theater experience. The bathrooms are clean, and the men's room has plenty of urinals and stalls. I haven't had any issues with the staff or services provided. You can purchase tickets on the mobile app or at the self-service kiosk inside the lobby. Earn and redeem rewards through the app as well. I look forward to watching another blockbuster movie here.

We were told the gift cards did NOT expire but Rachel would not honor them and asked who gave them to us ( like we are going to remember or even feel like we needed to write it down). She tried to take them and throw the gift cards away too. Horrible person and horrible experience for "Movie Director" rewards tier members.
