No reply still to this day and I have emailed them numerous times. They have time to send another invite but can't reply to a complaint???

I would not recommend this event at all! Me and my boyfriend bought tickets to see The Notebook on August 5th. We showed up to the Huntington beach and went between the towers 13 and 14 and we didn't see any event happening. We kept going on maps and it would tell us the exact spot that we were already in. So we emailed and tried calling the owner of the event and nothing. No response to an email or phone call the number doesn't even go through. So we wasted $30 on something we didn't even get to see, money on gas, and just a waste of time. They need to make it more clear where the event is held and if not, they need to make sure they at least get back to their customers. It is so unprofessional of them. They don't even deserve one star in my eyes.

This is the first time I attended a screening by BeachFront Cinema and it will definitely be the last. They do not allow allow food or drinks yet had only one stand for food (burgers and wok) and then another stand for lemonade and popcorn. The lines to get food was so unorganized - think multiple lines going to the same window, just one person to man cashier and give out food, no tickets/receipts and menu to show prices. After waiting in line to order, you wait in another chaos for your food. You have to proactively say your order each time cashier comes with food since people behind you can also shout their order and just get the food. They had no cheese but charge you the same for a cheese burger ($12) and very soggy, unflavored, unsalted fries and the wok (ramen) was half soggy tomatoes, quarter soggy lettuce and quarter soggy noodles. They obviously just tried to fill it since they don't have any more noodles. Let's not even go to parking. We spent $24 on an ok pineapple vodka, $48 on sad burgers and noodles, $15 for parking and $30 for the movie! I couldn't even enjoy the movie because the VIP Section is so small, people are already on top of each other with the bean bags. Needless to say, I won't be attending any of these events anymore. What a waste of time.

Seeing a movie at the beach is a treat. As with going to a movie at your local theater and paying full price for tickets, BeachFront Cinema may also be a bit steep. I realize cost is relative, but along with paying $15/person for tickets and another $15 to park, BeachFront's refreshment concessions' price point--just like what we've all come to expect at most if not all movie theaters--also reaches for the ceiling, sometimes laughably. (You're not allowed to bring in outside food or drink.) So you decide. A movie at the beach is fun though; it's different, a change of pace. I suggest that everyone give it a try, especially since BeachFront spotlights nostalgia, showing films that we've all come to love and certainly wouldn't mind seeing again. And I also suggest the VIP package, one allowing couples an extra-large beanbag to cuddle-up and get cozy in up front. Of course, it's an extra fee; but, again, seeing a movie at the beach isn't something you'll be doing often. Beanbags, then, make it even more fun. Along with your wallet, though, bring blankets. You're definitely going to need both.

Crispy and just like theater popcorn.

This is my first time watching movie at the beach. You can bring your own beach chairs, blankets and stuff except for food/ drinks. They have bean bags for rent for general audience. It's good enough for two people. Towards the back of the theater they have food stall. My favorite are their $5 popcorn. Beach bar has beer, wine and other drinks. Sunset is always gorgeous here at Huntington. Blankets, hoodies are a must here to bear this California cold. They run movies from May till October. It is a must try experience. Happy movie watching.

Atmosphere: On the sand, near lifeguard tower 14. Ordered items: Nachos, Chicken tenders and lemonade. Thanks Ryan C for another awesome event. We arrived around the time gates opened. Per instructions from the event we were told to bring blankets and towels to sit down on and also that we couldn't bring outside food. The food issue was a bit irritating; I thought there was going to be selection of venders. There was literally 5 tents and 3 of them were combined. They had nothing special. The options were; chicken tenders with fries ($10), sandwiches/burgers ($15-$17), nachos ($15), mac and cheese ($8), lobster mac and cheese ($17), popcorn, sodas, lemonade ($6), Italian ice stand and a wine and beer bar. The only thing that caught my eye was the lobster mac and cheese but the portion was really little and I over heard someone say it wasn't good, so I passed. We actually weren't sold on anything that offered and walked down to the concession stand that was closer to parking meter. I thought their options were a little better, pizza bread, hot dogs, ice cream etc. but we would have had to eat it there as they don't allow food inside the gated area other than the vendor food. We decided on chicken tender with fries, nachos and lemonade. The chicken tenders weren't anything special, just normal chicken tenders. But the fried that were served were good, they were seasoned well and the ones that I had that were warm were yummy. The popular item of the night seemed to be the nachos. It was served in a pizza box and had homemade chips with all the normal nacho toppings; guac, sour cream, nacho cheese, salsa and your choice of meat. I decided to go with the pulled pork; it was perfectly sweet and savory. I really enjoyed the nachos. But I recommend because the pulled pork was so delicious to order the pull pork sandwich. And to top it all off we shared a lemonade, it looked shareable but literally is all ice with very little lemonade, for the price and the big ole container it come in it didn't make sense. We waited for about 2 1/2 hours for the movie to begin; I didn't think it was bad. While we waited there was a young girl who was signing to everyone with her acoustic guitar to pass the time. We were able to get a good spot, eat and get comfortable. A big heads up, people will constantly be walking in front of you and kicking sand near you, so if you don't like that this isn't the place to go. I did see a couple who had a mini foldable table, which they were able to eat and play games on so that was cool. Also be VERY prepared it got really really cold and we were way under prepared. I would defiantly bring lawn chairs if I choose to do this again, only because you are there for so long and it beats getting a mouthful of sand every time someone walks by. We took notice that they were selling giant bean bags ($20) for people to lounge so we took advantage of that. Once the sun went down the movie started. I was pleasantly surprised with how good the movie was; Almost Famous. At times it was a little hard to hear, but overall a great experience. 71 of 100- Yelp challenge 2016

Dinner and a sunset movie. Awesome. Sandwich, not so awesome. Lol.

If I would have known that parking was going to be such a pain, I would have arrived so much earlier. I had arrived around 6:30 pm and the beach parking lots were practically closed, only letting a few in at a time. At one point, I was in the driveway, but then the cars stopped for such a long time, they must have halted cars from going in. So I hightailed it out and started to look for metered parking on PCH and Beach Blvd. I had driven around for about 45 minutes up and down PCH and Beach and finally found some parking about half a mile north of the beach on Beach Blvd. I didn't mind the walk, but how ridiculous it was just to find parking. At least it was free. I had even attempted to park on the city side, but they specifically said that parking was up till only 10:00. I was pretty sure that the movie would end after that time. So I exited there, and was glad to find the free street parking. Also, there's a mix of cash and credit card meters I think. So make sure you bring change if you plan to use the meters. After arriving to Tower 14, they screen your bags for any food, including bottled water. None can go in. So make sure you read the website to make sure you know what you can and cannot bring. The food options weren't all that great. There was a lemonade, popcorn, grilled sandwiches, and an Italian Ice vendor available. I went for the short rib grilled cheese. It was OK. Whatever they marinated or cooked the meat in was a little on the strong side, it really didn't go well with the sandwich as a whole. And they were grilling up these sandwiches ahead, so it really wasn't hot and the cheese was not melted, warm. I asked for bottled water, and they were out! The movie hadn't started yet and they're already out of water! What poor planning! So I ordered 2 cans of soda, same price. The damage was $18, $12 for the sandwich and $3 per can of pop. So not worth what I paid for. I highly recommend eating before coming here. And if you enjoy eating popcorn, then probably go for the popcorn purchase only. They also had bean bag seats, which I think you can rent. If you don't have the cash to do so, plan ahead and bring a foldable seat, one of those cloth ones you can squeeze together and carry in a portable bag. I brought mine. It's better than sitting on your blanket, especially if you want some back support. And you really can't sit behind people with chairs unless you sit further back so you can see above them. During the movie, people would cross in front of me and slightly kick up sand. A little bit of a pain, but I dealt with it. Make sure you've brought a warm blanket and a warm jacket. It got pretty cold out there while watching the movie. There were 3 portable restrooms. The lines were long prior to the movie. The beach restrooms are across the way and little to no lines. You can enter and exit the viewing area, just make sure you hand is stamped and I would recommend that you have your ticket too. There is no lighting in the stalls. I was glad I brought my phone with me and turned on the light. At the end of the movie, it was pretty dark. They lit up the movie area, which was great! Watch out while on the walkway/bike path. Many folks are riding their bikes at this late time and they'll dodge trough people. Some of the movie goers arrived and left on their bikes. So move over when you here their bike bells. Overall experience is OK. Parking was such a hassle. They need to figure out a better way for ticket holders to not have the hassle with the parking issue I dealt with. Food was poor. So not worth it. The movie experience was awesome. How cool is it to watch a movie at the beach!

I attended the "Almost Famous" BeachFront Cinema event with a group of girlfriends. Seriously such a fun way to watch a film. Located at Huntington State Beach near Lifeguard Tower 14, the excitement starts when you see the huge inflatable screen from PCH. There is metered parking on PCH (unsure of cost), we opted for the parking lot which was $15. See list below of what you can and cannot bring. They have officials checking your bag before you enter-- they made me pour my water bottle out. #bitterpartyof1 Check the weather and BRING BLANKETS!! I wore uggs, wool socks, a heavy coat and had a fleece blanket-- and I was still freezing. Lots of people couldn't hang and left early which is a bummer once you consider the cost to enter and to park. I would dare to recommend bringing a battery-operated heating blanket. haha! Yes, it is that cold when you add the wind factor. We brought beach chairs, they also rent out bean bags-- which fit 2 people and seem fun! BODY HEAT! Minus the chilly weather, it really is a GREAT way to have fun with a group. I am potentially interested in seeing a few more this summer. They had a young lady musician singing rock songs before the show, she was great. Pros: fun atmosphere, gorge sunset almost guaranteed, variety of cinema offerings, pre-show entertainment, food offered is reasonably priced (besides the water). Cons: no outside food or drinks-- I get that they want to make money off the food/drinks sales. But, this can start to be an expensive night with the cost of the ticket, parking and THREE DOLLAR water bottles. My vote is to at the very least allow sealed water bottles. I understand they don't want people sneaking in the boozey, but no allowing water is silliness and uncalled for. Plus, half the fun (to me) of beach days/nights is packing a picnic! From BeachFront Cinemas' website: WHAT TO BRING: BEACH CHAIRS BLANKETS WARM CLOTHES (ITS CHILLY WHEN THE SUN GOES DOWN) FRIENDLY SMILES WHAT TO LEAVE AT HOME: NO OUTSIDE FOOD OR BEVERAGES NO OUTSIDE ALCOHOL NO ILLEGAL SUBSTANCES NO FIREWORKS NO BONFIRES NO WEAPONS OF ANY KIND NO DOGS (EXCEPTION 6/11 - TURNER & HOOCH MOVIE) *STATE BEACH REGULATIONS NO PROFESSIONAL RECORDING DEVICES (PHOTO, VIDEO, OR AUDIO) NO LASER POINTERS NO GLASS NO COOLERS NO UNAUTHORIZED / UNLICENSED VENDORS ALLOWED NO UNAUTHORIZED SOLICITATIONS NO SAMPLING OR GIVEAWAYS

It's a fun experience watching a movie on the beach with the wind blowing and the sand rolling, as if it is a 4D movie especially if you are watching the Indiana Jones of the Raiders of the lost ark. :) Honestly speaking, it would have only been just a ok- good experience if it is not for the yelp giveaway tickets. Overall speaking it is pricy for an old movie. I have been to cinespia hollywood forever cemetery screening (multiple times), drive-in theater and I even have a 150" screen projector at home, and this is definitely on the pricy side for the fact that they won't allow you to bring in any food and drinks, not even water. I brought a thermal flask of hot water with me because I am afraid of the cold, and they made me pour it out before I could enter and yet they have no hot water or hot drinks avaliable from their food vendors. What a shame. Even though we brought our own chair, we end up decided to rent their Bean bag for $25 instead because it's more comfortable. I would recommend bring a bean bag or just blankets to sit on the sand rather then chairs. For the price of regular vip tickets at $49 (a entrance of 2 tickets + a bean bag or at $15 per ticket general admission), for not letting you bring even snack or water in is a bit unreasonable, even cinespia let you bring food and wine and to picnic there. While you could see people sitting outside the designated area to watch it for free. Please really reconsider the food and drinks policy. Other than the price, the experience is fun and unique. You get to watch the sunset and get to watch it with open skies and stars and moonlight. It was also fun because of the movie that we were watching - the Indiana Jones, where there were lots of sandy scenes in the desert. So it was immersive that way. I would have came for the jaws too if I was avaliable at that screening. And the beanbag is quite clean and comfy and definitely big enough for 2. Sound were great and loud and pictures are clear. Just slight got a minor bent screen distortion from the blow up screen. For food, it was actually not bad, knowing ahead from the reviews that most people found it overpriced and cold. I thought it was decent, I got the hot dog, it was good portion and was warm and bread toasted. It was $9, thought it was decent for a captive audience price. Overall, the experience is fun and unique, and surely an interesting to do in summer. But I probably wouldn't come back again because of their pricing unless they would change their outside food and drinks allowance policy. Tips: allow at least 30 to 45 min parking and get to the location, it is a very busy and popular beach with busy parking most weekends in the summer. And be there at least an hour before the movie starts to get decent seating. And forget the portable bathrooms they have, it's only a 1 to 2 min walk to the beach bathrooms there. Much cleaner and more slots and space.

What a fun idea...sitting at the beach watching a great movie like Almost Famous while being bundled up. Methinks not is right! Not only does it cost as much or more than going to a comfortable movie theatre, they won't even let you bring in your own food. So if you are a family of 4, you've spent $75 for admission and to park. There are plenty of fun and free events this summer. I'm going to pass on this one.

Absolutely fantastic guys running this place! They get a bad rap because you can't bring your own food or drinks to the movies. Support a few local businesses and buy your food and drinks there! Great setting, fun movies and a delightful experience! They saved our day by letting us use their Christmas tree lot to take engagement photos when our other location fell through last minute. We agreed on the time the night before, and by the time we got there in the morning they had space for us to pull in our truck and even decorated Christmas trees for our photo shoot! They got involved with photo ideas. Definitely a great group of people that I support whole heartedly! Thank you again guys for such an incredible day saving experience! You made our shoot and Christmas possible!!!!

Great experience. We watched Forrest Gump and I don't think I've ever enjoyed that movie so much. 1. The beanbag chairs are $25 each to rent and they were ok. They fit 2 people lounging semi-comfortably. If we'd paid attention, we would have brought our own chairs. 2. No outside beverages or food. There's some concession stands in the back. Didn't check them out but it looked like a pretty basic setup with long lines. 3. It's Huntington STATE Beach (across from Hyatt). Not Huntington City Beach. Overall, we sat towards the back of the roped area. Could see and hear the movie just fine, speakers were a little echo-y but NBD. Parking was a pain but when is it not? Looking forward to going back for another flick!

My friend and I enjoyed our experience watching Black Panther. A huge part of it is that we came early and came prepared for the cold night. Yes, the summer is hot and it will still feel hot around 7pm but you won't feel that way after sunset, especially with all the wind coming at you. I changed into warm clothes mid movie, put on some fuzzy socks, cover myself with a blanket, and I was good to go for the 2 hour+ movie. I was in the reserved area in the front and it was really nice lying on the sand. But I think bringing a beach chair is essential for the back for it would be really hard to see over everyone else. I would advise attendees to come early to have a nice day at beach before the movie. Parking ($15 for the day) was almost impossible when I came around 4pm on a Sunday so I wouldn't be able to imagine how it's like if you came even later. Oh I'd also suggest to eat before or to bring some food to eat before entering. I wouldn't want to break my wallet eating here on an empty stomach. I had some popcorn and a slice of pizza that my friend paid 20$ for. I had to dock off a star though. I find it kind of ridiculous that this event doesn't allow you to bring in any food or water. Food, I guess I can understand but water???? C'mon now. Water is essential and that's got to change.

Thanks to Yelp Elite Perks My boyfriend and I got to check this event out and I must say I really did enjoy it. When we first arrived the scanners weren't working to get is checked in so it was a little slow but nevertheless we got checked in and got perfect spots near the screen. We got there around 5pm but the movie didn't start till around 8pm right after the sunsets. The food choices were pretty ok we had the chicken finger basket and the lemonade. It's also a huge plus to get the bean bag it was super comfy! All In all the experience was pretty good it definitely helped us to relieve the stress from everyday work life. Will definitely be back soon.

So much fun. Great for families and date night. Watching the sunset and then a movie makes the best weekend experience.

Yes, tickets can be scanned on your phone. It's best to screen shot the tickets before arriving to the beach, cell phone signal is not always the greatest.

They even confirmed the morning of the party at 9:26 that there would be no issues. The party was scheduled to start at 3:00 PM. At 11:20 AM that same day, I received a call from the owner's husband saying there was too much rain and they could not come out because it would compromise their equipment. This was extremely upsetting, especially since the rain forecast had been known all week and they continued to reassure and confirm up until that morning. When I expressed how upset I was and explained that this ruined my daughter's birthday plans, his response was, "Well actually, we didn't ruin it," which I found very unprofessional given the circumstances. I was so upset that I ended the call. I understand weather-related policies, but the lack of consistency, last-minute cancellation, and dismissive response made this a very disappointing experience, especially for a milestone event like a Sweet 16.

Watching movies on a rooftop with headphones, cozy seating, and the city atmosphere around you is honestly unmatched. I love the movie selection. They always have great films in rotation, especially nostalgic and romantic classics. Watching The Notebook here was unforgettable. It was romantic, funny, and somehow perfectly timed because it started lightly drizzling during the rain scene on screen. It made the whole moment feel surreal and cinematic. I believe the first popcorn is either free or included with the ticket, which is a really nice touch. The food and drinks are solid, and the overall vibe is relaxed but thoughtfully curated. Definitely bring your own blankets, especially on cloudy or cooler nights, because it gets extra cozy. One tip is to always check the weather before going, since it is an outdoor rooftop experience. That said, the atmosphere is worth it, and I will absolutely keep booking here whenever I'm in the mood for a nostalgic movie night with a unique twist. Highly recommend for date nights or a fun, different evening out.

We checked in at the front entrance and took the slow-moving elevator up to the rooftop. It wasn't a huge deal, but definitely something that stood out. When we got to the top, we were asked to fill out a waiver on our phones--super quick and easy, but honestly something that could've been done earlier when buying tickets online. Parking in the area was $20 at a lot across the street. Not terrible for a Friday night in LA, but still worth mentioning. Your ticket includes skate rental and one drink, so we grabbed a Paloma (the other option was not available) which hit the spot. Unfortunately, the skating surface was a bit of a letdown--treaded hard plastic mats that didn't offer a smooth ride. It took a lot of effort to move and wasn't beginner-friendly. Plus there was a tricky spot that tripped up more than a few skaters. The biggest surprise was the low energy overall--music was pretty quiet, and the vibe felt more relaxed than festive. We expected more of a party atmosphere for a Friday night rooftop in the heart of LA. It was still fun to do something different and hang out with our group, but unless they upgrade the floor or amp up the energy, it's probably a one-and-done for us. Tips: - Allow extra time for the elevator to the 3rd floor. - $20 parking lot across the street. - 1 Drink included, so grab one and make the most of it!

On a hot Saturday evening, the outdoor cinema Eat See Hear descended upon Centennial Square in front of Pasadena City Hall. Dubbed "LA's premier outdoor movie, food truck, and live music event series", this summer-long traveling entertainment circus (since 2012) made its way across various iconic venues throughout Los Angeles with its unmistakeable 3 1/2-story tall inflatable high-definition screen deemed the "biggest of its kind on the West Coast". A self-contained event, you were allowed to bring your own chairs, food, etc.. Extremely pet-friendly with water bowls and treats placed throughout the venue, they tied themselves to the non-profit organization Best Friends Animal Society Los Angeles and No Kill Los Angeles (NKLA) to help with pet adoption. Would this nostalgic return and revamped idea of the drive-in movie pull at my sentimental strings to return for more!?: General Admission Ticket/Seat ($14.00 + fees) - Purchased online (priced higher at the door the day of the event), this was open seating, so first come-first served. Armed with a low chair (ABSOLUTELY NO TALL CHAIRS), blanket, cushion, and pillow to sit on just in case, I happily claimed a spot center screen slightly away from the crowd on the concrete road https://www.yelp.com/user_local_photos?select=Lxb9OOL4HaDWK3rIBs1Uaw&userid=8jVT2inwc8GIQ6sH2UG9Vw. Tickets also gained access to food trucks and live pre-movie music performance. Below were other ticketing options (things brought were the same): 1. Fashionably Late Tickets ($21.00 + fees - online purchase only) offered a limited quantity of guaranteed open seating tickets in a reserved area at the front of the house that allowed you to arrive at any time (hopefully before the movie started!). 2. Kids 6-12 Tickets (approx. $8.00 + fees) offered the same as "General Admission" 3. Kids 5 & Under Tickets (FREE + fees) offered the same as "Kids 6-12 Tickets". 4. Groups of 10 or more had group rates available. Live Music - Lone Kodiak with its "campfire rock" offered an intimate hush to their music that initially reminded me Of Monsters And Men with occasional hints of aggressive jabs. I wasn't a fan of the pre-recorded and sampled parts which seemed to be the norm these days for many live performances, but I always appreciated live music regardless. Food Trucks - Listed were the assortment of food trucks present: Belly Bombz, Jogasaki Burrito, Postcards CAS (see separate review of my purchase), Pudding Truck, and Vchos Truck/Pupusas. All accepted credit cards. Vendors - From Air New Zealand, JackFM, Subaru, to Showtime (who gave away chairs!) were among some who supported and had giveaways. Service - The online purchase was a breeze. There could've been more pedestrian and street directional signage to the main entrance on Marengo Ave.. Marked signs once inside led you where to set up camp. Both audio and visual systems were surprisingly clean and clear. There were the customary long food truck lines akin to L.A. traffic without the bad drivers. I didn't happen to notice any ATM machines for those who needed cash. Generally-speaking, everything was fine and ran smoothly enough once. Parking (Varied - FREE this instance) - With the venue's proximity to the Memorial Park Gold Line Station, I went Metro from my hipsterhood ($3.50 roundtrip). Otherwise, there were plenty of metered and timed street parking around the area (valid until 6pm), and numerous parking structures. Another option would be to hire a driving service like a taxi, Lyft, or Uber. Atmosphere, décor, ambience - A large mostly concrete venue (closed sidewalks and streets) with small sections of grassy areas (a few trees shielded you from the sun) towards the outskirts, it was everyone for themselves as the gates opened and throngs of guests flooded in! To the left was the smoking area https://www.yelp.com/user_local_photos?select=w8rU6nuy6NPkMbcsWlfxeQ&userid=8jVT2inwc8GIQ6sH2UG9Vw, and to the right were the food trucks and Porto-Potties. The stage was at the foot of the screen, but wished they had a camera that projected the performance onto the screen. Exposed to th elements, you heard random sounds from conversations, dogs barking, and vehicle traffic. No TVs but the aforementioned gigantic movie screen and live band. Attire - Totally casual, so I would normally be in a t-shirt, boardshorts, and flip-flops. Overall, Eat See Hear at Centennial Square in front of Pasadena City Hall was one of my favorite locations of theirs because of the easy access and beautiful backdrop. This concept was popular enough for others to imitate. The onsite staff were also very charming and helpful. I found complete value based on the prices, service, and experience noted above (TOTAL paid experience was around $16.00; no tip required). And, they accepted my credit card of choice...AMEX! 5.0 STARS

I was reluctant at first since the majority of the venue is concrete/pavement. However, my wife and I got there really early and got a really nice, shaded grassy spot. The DTLA skyline views are incredible--watching the sunset turn into city lights while the movie started made everything feel so romantic and magical. We snagged a loveseat, which was super comfy for cuddling up, and the wireless headphones gave us crystal-clear sound without any outside noise interrupting the classic lines and soundtrack. The vibe on the rooftop is relaxed but lively--great drinks and snacks to enjoy before the film starts. Pretty Woman felt even more special in this open-air setting; we were both smiling and quoting lines the whole time. My girlfriend absolutely loved it, and so did I. Enter the hotel through the garage and you'll see signage for the Rooftop Cinema Club. About halfway down the garage, there'll be an attendant helping people up the elevator. It's a little bit of a maze but there's tons of signage and people to help along the way! I got the loveseat fire package and was able to choose either a complimentary hot chocolate or popcorn. Our seat was next to a real wood fire which was great for the cold LA night! There's also a bar - beers, wine, and canned cocktails available. There weren't any entree type of meals but there were tons of snacks like candy, chips, popcorn, hot dogs, and pretzels. They gave us Bluetooth headphones for the movie. The sound wasn't great - definitely not full frequency but it did the job. The headphone's clamp force was also quite tight. The seating is all first come first serve no matter what package you get. We came early to get good seats but honestly it didn't look like there was a bad seat in the house. The screen is up high and large so you could really sit anywhere and still have a good view. They also had games laid out to play while you waited for the movie to start. The whole staff was super friendly and helpful. Definitely a great experience! The only thing I would change is getting better quality headphones. Or allowing movie goers to bring their own headphones and connect via Bluetooth.

We got there before our 6:10 movie to grab concessions and ordered very basic items... french fries, nachos, popcorn, and drinks. Somehow it still took about 15-20 minutes just to get fries and chips with cheese. I can understand fries taking some time, but waiting that long for nachos honestly made no sense. It seemed like our order had been forgotten about until we finally asked again. To the employee's credit, he did apologize and gave us two free movie tickets to try to make up for it, which I appreciated. He did his best to handle the situation professionally. The theater itself feels older and a little awkwardly set up. I understand it's in Newport Beach across from Fashion Island, but there are definitely nicer and more updated theaters around. Overall, probably not a theater I would personally come back to.
