I had never noticed this movie theatre in this plaza until we saw it on the app. This AMC is almost…read morethe same distance as the one in Fullerton for me but the difference is that this one has significantly more parking available. If you visited the one in Fullerton, you know that with Costco next to it, it can be very challenging to find parking on the weekends. This one is located on a strip mall and it is a very small theatre. They tend not to offer all the movies and they do not have IMAX or Dolby. Once you walk in there is a person on the stand scanning your tickets and the concession stand is right there. They do have a bar right after the concession stand and they have some claw machines. They only have one set of restrooms which are by the entrance. The theatres are small but comfortable. They have the booths that are a little bit older so they do not recline as much but they do have seat warmers. Some of their seats are showing wear and tear. If you're looking for an easy theatre to get in and get out, this is definitely the one. For us this is the theatre that we watch movies that we do not have interest to watch on IMAX or Dolby.

Come to find out that both of my orders were given to someone else. I was very upset because the lady that was preparing the orders said we picked it up already. Um no we just arrived, she's like, "Well, I could have sworn they said your name. The orders had mine and my husband's names on them, my husband was at work and I just arrived. I do not like that they are extremely unorganized as the Norwalk AMC always checks the email confirmation before they give us the order. The whole point of me ordering ahead of time is so when we arrive we won't have to wait, I like to pick up our order, get our drink, get comfortable and ready to enjoy the show. I'm only giving it 4 stars because the facility was extremely clean. The cashier that took care of me was so friendly and helpful. She got my order out as fast as possible. The chairs were comfortable and had seat warmers. I just don't like that they don't recline all the way but they were still comfortable enough to enjoy the show.

Today (May 10th, Sunday), I went to Regency Movie Theater in Buena Park, Orange County, with my mom…read moreand my two brothers to watch a movie. We went to see The Devil Wears Prada 2. When I checked the movie schedule online last night, I saw an 11:30 AM showtime, so we left early in the morning to make it on time. However, when we got there, we were told that the 11:30 AM showing did not have Korean subtitles. We had driven all the way there specifically so my mom could watch the movie with Korean subtitles, so we had no choice but to buy four tickets for the 1:15 PM showing, which did have Korean subtitles. While we were waiting, we bought nachos there, charged our cell phones, and relaxed for a while and had lunch in that mall. Being able to charge our phones was a huge plus. Also, one of the female employees, who was quite tall, was very kind and told us that there was a seating area toward the back of the theater. Thanks to her, we were able to sit there for a while, charge our phones, and eat our nachos. However, there were two women's restrooms inside the theater. One of them had no hand soap at all. I went and told the female employee, and she asked me, "There's no hand soap at all?" I said there was none at all. She then told me there was another women's restroom on the other side, so I went there, and that restroom did have soap. Before the movie started, I went back to the first restroom because it was closer to the theater, but even after more than two hours, there was still no hand soap at all. I was very disappointed, so I had to go to the restroom that was much farther away from the theater. Overall, this theater has a lot of good points. The staff is friendly, the seats are pretty comfortable, the theater is clean and pleasant, you can charge your cell phone, and parking is free. Also, for older people like my mom who want to enjoy the latest Hollywood movies with Korean subtitles, that is definitely the biggest advantage. However, I do have two suggestions: I hope they maintain the restrooms better. If there is no soap at all in the restroom, it does not seem right that no one refills it for more than two hours. I wish they would provide Korean subtitles for all showtimes. If that is not possible, I hope they clearly indicate on their website which showtimes have Korean subtitles and which ones do not. We came from far away, so it was very disappointing to find out that the 11:30 AM showing did not have Korean subtitles. Because of that, we ended up wasting two hours even though we had driven all the way there specifically for the Korean subtitles.

Personally, I was really happy when this theater first opened. It brought back so many memories of…read moremy younger days in Korea, and unlike other movie theaters in the U.S., this was a place where I could actually watch Korean movies. That meant a lot to me. Since the theater mainly catered to Korean customers, I guess it may have struggled financially. The ambitious bar they had when they first opened eventually disappeared, and then one thing after another started shutting down. Eventually, the theater was taken over by another company that operates movie theaters, and ever since then, it just hasn't been the same. I'm still happy that I can watch Korean movies here, but my recent visit to see *HOPE* was really disappointing. Even though it was a 4DX theater, it was absolutely NOT cleaned between screenings. Not at all! Popcorn was scattered everywhere, half-empty drink cups were left in the seats, and the floors were filthy. There was only one person working at the ticket counter, and no one was even checking tickets at the entrance. That pretty much says it all. Isn't there a way to make this place better? I've honestly never seen a movie theater this dirty before. It makes me sad to see the only place where I can enjoy Korean movies slowly losing its charm and becoming a shadow of what it used to be.

One thing I learned was that speakers themselves may not be enough if you want to have a nice wedding music DJ instead, but for me I think I'd like my own playlist and don't think we will have a club vibe for the reception.

They really took the time to make sure that everything would go off without issue, but Susan the owner did offer a rate for a professional to come with me and do everything, which it sounds like most people do. Overall very friendly, accomodating, equipment is top of the line and in great condition, and the pick-up drop-off process was easy; that pretty much covers the typical pain points of event rentals right?
