We found a spot pretty quickly since we went earlier and then it was a quick walk to the the venue. Security was easy going and they directed us to our seats well. All the employees are really nice and friendly. Restrooms are clean. We sat on the second level with a booth for 2. The servers came by right away to give us water and drinks. We ordered beers and some popcorn to watch the game. LOVE the screen. Truly a mini sphere since it spans to the top and you can see the score and multiple screens. It felt like sitting on the field when they batted or just sitting behind the dug out. It is truly the best seats in the house. Super good speakers and I love how great the crowd was. It's such a great spot if you are looking to see a sporting event. They do watch parties for football, hockey, basketball, baseball and more. They also air movies like Harry Potter and then some performances like Cirque du Soleil. I would love to come here again!

She is an honest, upstanding gal who just wants to spread her love for music with everyone. When I was having trouble printing my tickets, she would even call and follow up with me just to make sure everything was going smoothly. She even texted me anticipated set lists and warned me about projected traffic going to the concert venue. If I ever have any other concert ticket needs, I am going straight to her. She was very nice and helpful and then transferred us to someone in buying tickets. Sue the lady who was helping us purchase tickets was the most wonderful, kind, amazing, sweet helpful lady. We kept having problems with all this stuff we both don't understand, but Sue was so calm, patient and helped us. We had to go and figure things out and when we called back and to our amazement we had Sue again. She again couldn't have been more helpful. Then she even went out of her way to help us with our ticket relations. The entire time we spoke with her from start to finish she was a huge blessing. My mom and I were so happy and she put a nice start to our day, week and month since it's been challenging. Sue was like our own Disney Angle. I highly hope that others have the privilege of interacting with Sue as well as Christina. I hope that they get the acknowledgement for being so wonderful and made our day one of the happiest of days because of these two lady's.

Straight up, a FIVE-STAR venue! Online ticket purchases are a breeze. Parking is a non-issue with…read moreplenty of parking all around the theater. We have been there for bands, magic shows, seasonal shows etc. and have not been disappointed. The featured cover bands are the best! Anyway, walking into the theater is like walking into someone's home. The staff treats you like family! It is the complete OPPOSITE of all the stressful hoops you have to jump through at a large arena style event. The lobby is quite comfortable and has a lot of artifacts showing the amazing history of the resort. Will probably take a few visits to go through it all. One last thing. They made an error on their schedule which resulted in me having tickets on two different dates of the same event. Rather than send an email, they personally called me and gave me options that quickly resolved the issue! Although we've been guests at Welk's Theater for just over a year, I sure wish I had known about them sooner...

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was disappointing from start to finish…read more Check-in was advertised for 4:00 p.m., but we didn't get our room until nearly 8:30 p.m., costing us hours of the vacation we paid for. Throughout our stay, we requested basic necessities like fresh towels and soap refills, but they never arrived despite multiple requests. On checkout day, housekeeping walked into our room at 9:00 a.m., a full hour before the 10:00 a.m. checkout, while we were still getting dressed. Our privacy was completely disregarded. I was also repeatedly singled out because of my service dog. Multiple employees yelled, "You better clean up after your dog," even though I was visibly carrying waste bags and had done nothing wrong. It was humiliating and showed a lack of training on how to appropriately interact with guests who use service animals. To make matters worse, I unexpectedly started my period and needed pads before the gift shop opened. Because the resort had no way to help and the trams were so unreliable, I had to walk all the way down the steep hill just to get basic hygiene supplies. For a resort of this size, that level of guest support is unacceptable. The most concerning part of our stay was the Russian tortoise in the kids' center. I am the founder of The Wise Frog Reptile Rescue and have spent more than 11 years rescuing and rehabilitating reptiles. The tortoise appeared to lack proper UVB and heat, and its shell was in alarming condition. I brought my concerns to staff, but they showed little interest in addressing them. My children were heartbroken because they immediately recognized the animal appeared to be in distress. An animal should never be displayed for children if its welfare is being overlooked. Between the delayed check-in, ignored requests, lack of privacy, treatment over my service dog, unreliable transportation, and concerns about animal welfare, this resort fell far short of the experience we expected. I hope management takes these issues seriously and makes meaningful changes for both guests and the animals in their care

I purchased my tickets from a third party website that directed me to Mike's Tickets. Just minutes…read moreafter I clicked the confirm button I received a phone call from Mike himself. He called to notify me that he was going continue with the transaction and charge my card. I was actually pretty impressed that I received a call. I also noticed that he was near by and I asked if I could pick up the tickets in his office rather than at will call. Mike was pretty accommodating and said that he would be in the office until 10p. After work I drove down to his office and was able to pick up my tickets without a problem. I just wish he didn't charge me the $15 "Will Call" delivery fee. Over all the process of buying tickets from Mike's was pretty good. I felt that the price of the tickets were marked up pretty high. But after doing a lot more research the price of the tickets are about the same as other sites. In the future I might buy from Mike's again but I would look for the best ticket deal before any purchase is make or buy earlier.
