I also would have preferred the wings actually tossed in the sauce instead of having it poured over the top. My kids got the chicken tenders and fries. They were decent, but those also arrived cold. I also ordered the 8-inch Rooster-style Italian. I didn't realize "Rooster style" meant it would come between pizza dough instead of being a traditional hoagie. Interestingly, this was actually piping hot when it arrived, while the wings, chicken tenders, and fries were cold. I'm not really sure how that happened. The sandwich itself was okay, but it was very dough-heavy and I wish the meat had been spread more evenly throughout. Next time I'd probably just order the regular Italian hoagie. The biggest disappointment was my wife's Buffalo chicken salad. The chicken didn't seem to have any Buffalo sauce on it, the bacon was missing, and both containers of ranch had opened during delivery and spilled all over everything. Our delivery was also about 25 minutes late. Someone did call beforehand to let me know there was an issue with the driver, which I appreciated, although I didn't realize it would end up being that late. I called the restaurant about the salad and spoke with a manager. He offered to replace the entire order even though I was only asking to have the salad replaced. They got the replacement out to us pretty quickly, around 15 minutes later. I definitely appreciate the manager taking responsibility and making an effort to correct the situation. Overall, this particular order was disappointing, especially with most of the food arriving cold and the issues with the salad. The manager's response and willingness to make things right is a big reason I'm giving this experience 3 out of 5 stars. I'd still be willing to give Rooster's Roost another try dining in. The wings were big, the Cajun Ranch flavor was good, and I have a feeling the experience would be much better getting everything fresh and hot at the restaurant.

Here are my ratings for our foods: Polish Platter - 4.2 stars - I received three pierogies (4.5 stars, handmade in their Irwin location; I chose the potato-cheese flavor), one stuffed cabbage (4.5 stars), and haluski (3.5 stars, wide thick noodles). 4-cut Chicken Parmesan Pizza - 4 stars - This small pizza had a thick crust, a good sauce, little cheese, and an interesting flavor of chicken parmesan.
