Somehow, they sold us a white hex tile product that was shown in the display as a single color white tile, in boxes marked with a brand name "Festival" but apparently wasn't a single color white tile sheet. In fact, each box contained different white shades of tile sheets. They were faint differences - something that wasn't seen by by us due to the light during installation - but once full sunlight hit it, it was apparent these were very different products. Anyways, F&D blamed it on us, said we should have known better. Given that they sell direct to consumer, quoting contractor tile best practices was a little passive aggressive, but hey. They made my decision of where to get all the wood floors for my house easy. NOT THERE.
