It was recommended to have a service costing over 1,400. She has limited resources so she got really good help at Auto Zone in Valdese and was referred to Tires Plus. I purchased a certified pre-owned (CPO) Volvo XC90 Recharge the day before Thanksgiving. Two main…read moreissues have come up since the purchase and Paramount Volvo has been unwilling or uninterested to resolve either. Their response to post-sale issues leaves a lot to be desired. The problems: 1. The certified pre-owned vehicle comes with an additional warranty from Volvo. The Paramount salesperson providing, in writing, a specific date that the warranty ended. A week or two after purchase, I found out from Volvo corporate that the actual end of warranty was nearly 1.5 years prior to when I was told by Paramount. Paramount has acknowledged the error but has yet to come up with a solution to resolve the big discrepancy. Their response could be summed up by "oops." One and a half years of warranty on a car like this is worth more than a thousand dollars. 2. The certified pre-owned vehicle came with a faulty part that was discovered the day after purchase. The faulty part (the HVCH) prevents the vehicle from heating the cabin when running in all-electric mode and from pre-conditioning the cabin prior to driving. These are nice features to have in the middle of winter! The part will be fixed under warranty, but it is back-ordered by more than 8 weeks. Again, the response from Paramount was "oops."

SERVICE DEPARTMENT REVIEW ONLY:…read more Paramount Volvo has an excellent service team - Valerie and Brent are awesome and will take great care of your vehicle. They are detail oriented and don't pressure you to get services you don't need. While I owned my Volvo I brought it here for all my service. I was always treated with respect and kindness. Will miss you guys. My Volvo purchase experience was not good but I won't let that taint my opinion of the people behind the scenes who always took good care of me!

I had AAA tow my car there and the next day, Andrew called me with a detail of what needed to be done. The price was fair, and they made my repair a priority. That was great and I was pleased, but what really surprised me was that a week later, they called me just to see how my car was doing and if I was having any issues. I have NEVER had a car repair place show that kind of customer service. Totally impressed.

It seemed overall an ok car, but the DME fault codes, vacuum issues and shaft position issues were enough for Bobby to use the term 'red flag'. Any prospective Porsche purchase due to the complexity and cost of parts and labor should be approached cautiously and Bobby was meticulous, fair, communicative and a stellar value for my PPI cost. He likely saved me from more trouble down the road and I couldn't be happier. While I live 3 hours away, if I were to have major issues such as IMS or RMS and so forth, I'd want Bobby to do the work.

We both had it in our calendars for 2. When we got there the lady at the front was extremely rude throughout the whole interaction. She told us were we SOL and our apt was at 1 not 2. Which is not what we were told on the phone. When confusion happens in a business interaction (which it does) it's the businesses responsibility to make it right. Not only did they burn the bridge with our business, but we both left extremely frustrated that an appointment only business didn't honor the appointment we were given. Seriously one of the most rude customer service experiences I've ever had if I could give this place 0 stars I would. I hate that I couldn't even rate them on the work they do because of how disrespectful they were.
