I was in an accident and contacted Lockman's based on a referral from another repair place and a insurance company. Because Lockman's has a tow truck, I contacted them before I heard from the insurance company. They were understanding and allowed my car to sit there for two days before the insurance company contacted them. Lockman's warned that repairs could take 10 days, they texted me the progress, returned calls and allowed hubby to stop by. When I picked up my car, the tires were clean, shiny and inside was detailed. Being in an accident is a scary thing, and Lockman's made it a bit easier by communicating with the insurance companies.

The man working began to look at my car, checked the radiator by examining it, checking for leaks, looking at my overflow cap, and making sure he looked at every single part of the radiator. However, we determined the fan in my car had stopped working and he could not work on it. (No biggie). He didn't even charge me for taking time out of his work day to look at my radiator. Very nice and welcoming place to be. I highly recommend coming here if you are having radiator problems, they will treat you right!

Wow what an experience I had yesterday (4/16/2024). First I went to the business and the manager…read morecame out to my car, promised me that he would drain all of the oil before adding new oil. I checked but the oil was still dark after they said they drained all the oil but they did not. They had used a power wrench to take a part off that had nothing to do with changing the oil. I asked why and the employee could not give me a satisfactory answer. When I left a lot of the oil leaked out, there was a puddle under my car. I returned and the explanation they gave me was that "things happen". I said that this is a new car and it should be easy, so why did it happen? Again there was no satisfactory answer, but the employee added 1 quart of oil and I left. It was still leaking as I was parked less than a mile away and a puddle came out under the car. This time when I went back I was mad. The manager threatened me and I raised my voice to let them know they had to fix it. After they fixed it, this time, they added 1/2 quart of oil and it stopped leaking. I am going to a third-party to have the car checked and will hold owner Joe Roberts accountable if any permanent damage is found. To be continued...
