I truley believe Michs buys vehicles that have alot of issues, they put some "lipstick" on it and then they sell it. Shortly after you buy it, everything starts going wrong. They do offer a warranty. However, it typically does not cover whatever your vehicles issues are. At this point my best option is to park the POS and pay down on it until I can trade it. I will never deal with Michs again. Our 2019 740i has had over $13k in repairs since it was bought 6 months ago. That is not an exaggeration. If you buy a car from them, I would suggest at minimum looking at the CARFAX, and then take it to a trusted mechanic and have them go over it, before you buy (something my dumbass didnt do). Michs has a great setup, they make money from selling you a car, then make even more money from fixing it! Hell of a business model. Time to call the BBB.

The worst costumer service I have ever experienced…read more My wife made an appointment 4 days ahead of time to get an oil change and 2 pm (I head the rep on the other line say 2 and so did she). We both had it in our calendars for 2. When we got there the lady at the front was extremely rude throughout the whole interaction. She told us were we SOL and our apt was at 1 not 2. Which is not what we were told on the phone. When confusion happens in a business interaction (which it does) it's the businesses responsibility to make it right. Not only did they burn the bridge with our business, but we both left extremely frustrated that an appointment only business didn't honor the appointment we were given. Seriously one of the most rude customer service experiences I've ever had if I could give this place 0 stars I would. I hate that I couldn't even rate them on the work they do because of how disrespectful they were.

I take my 70 Challenger to D&R for front end alignment. This is a good place to work on classic…read morecars. Sometimes these cars need a little extra because a part may be old or worn and many places can't deal with these types of repairs. My last visit for alignment needed a part due to worn threads on an upper control arm. In addition there were loose bolts on the steering box. The part was replaced the bolts tightened and the alignment is correct and will last. This attention to detail is the difference between a safe and lasting repair and just a service that leaves you seeking more work or worse. It sometimes takes a little more time "to make it right" and this place will take the time if needed. Top notch.
