They were waiting and ready for us when we arrived, they cleaned up after, they had a plan and stuck to it. Great for all of the kids we invited (ages 2-10). Regular gym: I'm grateful for how serious they are about training and growth. They have a plan, they're watching and adjusting as my child grows, they do regular reviews, there's a space for me and my other kids to wait while class is happening. Just feels like I was ignored once again and that person just wanted to be able to check something off their list to say that they "provided" me with more options . I don't feel heard . The coaches teach the classes in an encouraging, supportive, and positive way that celebrates each kiddo based on their individual needs. Both of our girls continue to build confidence in themselves and their skills. They are learning to do really cool things, but more importantly, they are learning to believe in themselves, that it's okay not be perfect the first time (or second, or third, etc.), and that hard work pays off. They also have in-house competitions twice a year where the kiddos learn routines for the bars, beam, floor, and vault. Everyone is so supportive of the kids and all of the parents support and cheer on all of the kids. It's a really special community. And they have really fun day camps during the summer and school holidays that are a life saver for parents, and where the kids have a BLAST!

They let you set up 30 minutes beforehand and the 2 party hosts were very friendly and welcoming. From my initial reach out via email and calls to my final follow-up, they may not be able to get back right away but always by the next day so their follow up is good and that makes a mommy like me happy and less stressed. The party hosts were so patient and great with kids. All the kids felt comfortable and I did not remember a tear from any of the kids; that is a win! I paid with a credit card for the party. It was very easy. They also have a monthly kids night out (aka 'parents' night out' depending on what you're used to) where you drop the kids off there for 3 hours and the parents can have a date night or if the kids just really like to have some fun games, this is like the best party ever and it's only $25 per child. That is a nice mental note to have if you're looking for a babysitting service for a 3 hour night out but can't find one. With this alternative way, they get to play with other kids. I think the kids night out requirement is they have to be at least 3 years old and independently potty trained. We've also utilized their open play during the week so it is great for the little ones too. Pacific Flips, don't change the training of your staff for parties or keep these very two party hosts that we had as long as you can. They are gems!

I love that her classes are smaller so all her students get more personal one on on one instruction. Also, because the class setting is smaller, students are not as easily distracted. Another great thing is that I pay a lot less than what I was paying at the other gym academy & my daughter gets twice as much instruction with her coach. As a single mom, I can appreciate saving a buck or two. Stephanie not only coaches all her students the same in terms of workouts & drills, but she works towards helping advance every student according to their own individual capabilities. Not one child is ever compared to another nor are they left feeling less because they haven't learned to do certain skills. She doesn't just coach her students, she also mentors, guides, encourages, motivates, & helps lift their self esteem. She makes sure every child shines & stands out. She's so great with her students & she gets them excited. My daughter is learning so much, not just gymnastics. I walked along the outside glass and saw that they had tito's vodka and liquor 43 so i decided to look @ the menu and boom there it was, a carajillo. For those who don't know it's pretty much the mother or father of the espresso martini and been around forever in latin american countries and throughout Spain, which consists of Liquor 43 x Espresso, shaken up generously and served over ice. I forget the girls names but they were so welcoming and had a bright smile from helping us and whoever else came in during the time we were there. The barista whipped up one the best carajillo i've had stateside which is rare because you can't really find them around here since most places don't carry liquor 43.
