Such a great studio for yoga loving moms!…read more I did a group class with my NMS cohort and absolutely loved it. Here are a few highlights: + Baby friendly space! They have mats, toys, diaper changing station etc. It's super welcoming, so you don't need to worry if your little one starts making noise. The instructor even comes around and offers to hold your baby (with your permission!) + Clean and super aesthetic space. All new equipment! Calm vibes! Loved it. + Amazing workout! I think I was biased to think that just because you bring your baby it wouldn't be a real workout... but it really was. I go to CorePower regularly and I was more sore from this class than my usual hot yoga. A major plus that exercises focused on your pelvic floor and all the areas you need to work on post birth. Convenient location in Willow Glen! There are 2 parking spaces in front of the studio, but I think most people do street parking. Lots of different classes to try! I'll definitely be back with my baby in tow :)

The atmosphere is calm, supportive, and completely judgment-free, which makes all the difference when you have a little one with you. The instructors are not only knowledgeable and encouraging, but also incredibly understanding of moms' needs. They create a space where you can focus on your practice while still feeling comfortable tending to your baby whenever needed. It's such a gift to be able to move, breathe, and connect with other moms in a warm and inclusive environment. If you're looking for a place that truly supports both you and your baby, this is it I also love how they have boppys, mats, and toys for your baby so you don't need to haul your entire life.

I highly recommend Casa Natal to anyone who is pregnant and trying to decide where to give birth…read more It is similar to a homebirth, but way better and is a nice in between of that and a hospital setting, as it is in an absolutely beautiful facility (the huge birth tubs you are actually allowed to birth in are amazing - something no hospitals offer to my knowledge locally!) and also is very close to a hospital should you need it. (Thankfully most people do not but it was nice for my peace of mind given that I did have some risk factors.) The entire team is very kind and caring and will provide very personal care throughout your pregnancy/postpartum period. They are very supportive of you making decisions about how you want your birth to go, and I could not recommend them enough!

The entire team brings a perfect balance of expertise, compassion, and calm confidence that makes such a huge difference during pregnancy and birth. Every interaction--from prenatal visits to the day of delivery--was thoughtful, reassuring, and empowering. The staff listened, explained, and encouraged me every step of the way. The environment is peaceful, beautifully maintained, and intentionally designed to help you feel at ease. My birth experience could not have been more positive. I felt safe, in control, and fully supported by a team that truly honors the birthing process. If you're looking for a place where you will be treated as an individual, respected in your choices, and surrounded by skilled, caring professionals, Casa Natal is the one. I couldn't recommend it more highly.

Recommend recommend recommend! The best part however is the people. The teachers, desk staff and cafe people are warm & caring, plus there's an additional office with avurveda, acupuncture and other treatments by lovely, qualified folks. When I was looking for a yoga studio, a friend said, "there is only one place-Breathe." She was right. The space is welcoming, with gifts and cute jewelry, there are 2 spotless showers if I need, filtered water, all the props. Do not hesitate--check this place out. While every single teacher may not be "yours", these are consistently excellent instructors who share stories, songs chants and even play an instrument once in a while. Candlelight flow, hot yoga, aerial yoga, power, yin, you name it. It took me a minute to commit (I did several punch cards before I took the plunge and joined) and I'm so glad I did. The scent in the space was pleasant, though a bit strong and slightly overwhelming at times. Massage room had a nice and simple vibe. At the start of the session, I felt the therapist spent a fair amount of time adjusting "warming up" positioning, tucking sheets, and moving items around, which made it take a while for the massage to really get going. Once it did, the techniques themselves were good, but the overall experience leaned more toward relaxation than firm pressure. As this was my first visit, I chose the Swedish firm massage. I understand Swedish massage is typically lighter, but I expected more pressure given the "firm" description -thinking I'd have the best of both in one massage. While the massage was enjoyable, it felt lighter than my preference and left me wanting more. It wasn't bad by any means, just not my style, as I prefer a deeper, more consistent pressure. Overall, I would consider the massage average, but I am open to trying other massage styles they offer and likely for longer too. I did decide to sign up for the membership, which seems like a decent value and didn't cost anything to join. I figured I would go back again every so often. I'm hopeful a different service will better match my preferences.

I would 1000% recommend doing one-on-one training sessions--it's the best money I've ever spent on myself. Thanks to our workouts, I had an incredibly easy delivery and post-partum recovery. Tal radiates positive energy! She kept me smiling, fit, motivated, and--most importantly--SAFE throughout my pregnancy. Her workouts were not only fun but also incorporate many moves that can actually be used during labor. She was always in-tune to my needs and would adapt her routines--even mid-workout--to make sure I was safe and pain-free. I also loved that she emphasized important foundations (e.g. proper breathing technique, connecting breath to core and pelvic floor, safe ways to get in/out of bed, ways to avoid diastasis recti, etc). I continue to use those skills daily. Not only is Tal a mama herself, she has years of experience as a specialized prenatal/post-partum personal trainer. She even stays up-to-date with ACOG recommendations and takes refresher maternal health courses. As a physician, I was impressed with the depth of her knowledge. If you train with her, you get access to her Strong Mama Fitness online for free--another incredible resource. Although she is no longer local in the Bay Area, she is available for 1-on-1 virtual training via Zoom. Our virtual sessions were super convenient, all without sacrificing quality. I can't recommend Tal enough!

Quite the contrary, the speaker was really approachable and practical. She talked through just about every scenario and offered a really great mindset - feed as much breastmilk as you can whenever you can, and it's totally OK to make up the difference with formula. Unfortunately, the baby care class dropped this down to 4 stars. It was borderline a waste of time. The instructor was scattered and not very helpful. Lots of tech challenges. Not much help in the way of answering questions or providing practical advice. Very limited hands on practice. I went with a friend because my husband was out of town and I was almost embarrassed that she wasted time in that class with me.
