We can't say enough amazing things about Desiree / Elite Baby Services…read more We hired her right when I got pregnant and it was the best decision we ever made. My postpartum experience started off a bit rocky, and Desiree came in with such a fantastic, calm, and knowledgeable demeanor. You can tell she is the best in the business, an expert and has great passion for her work. She has been there for all of my many questions, and our baby is a fantastic sleeper, since about 6 weeks old. It completely changed our experience with our first baby for all the better. Our baby is happy, healthy and well rested! Thank you Desiree.

We were desperate because he would barely sleep for 30 minutes to an hour at a time, all day and all night, and would really only sleep if it was a contact nap. Of course, we love contact naps and baby snuggles, but no one in our house (including the baby) was getting any sleep! We reached out to Desiree, set up a phone call very quickly, and had our in-person consultation a couple of days later. We were a little skeptical at first that it would help because we thought we had the worst sleeper on the planet, but we trusted Desiree's expertise. The first night after implementing her advice for baby's sleep setup and feeding schedule, we got a magical several-hour stretch, and things have only gotten better from there! We are enjoying parenthood so much more now and our baby is WAY happier now that he isn't sleep-deprived! He naps like a champ, sleeps through the night, eats well, is happier during playtime, and we now have the tools and knowledge to navigate any sleep setbacks as he grows and develops. We truly couldn't be more pleased with the support we got from Desiree and will be recommending her to any new parents who are struggling to get their babies to sleep. Desiree is so kind and professional, and you can tell from one conversation with her that she really loves babies and is passionate about helping little ones get some sleep! Thank you for everything, Desiree!!

I highly recommend Baby Parent Steps with Laura Liebig in Tempe!…read more Shortly after my daughter was born, I started looking for "baby and me" activities that her and I could do together being a first time mama. I found this class after reading an article in a Parenting AZ magazine and contacted Laura by email. I came to find out that this program is well established in Germany and is called PEKiP. PEKiP stands for Prague-Parent-Child-Program. It's activities are considered "group-work" between baby and mama to encourage baby's independent development. It's main principle is that baby should not be pushed into reaching milestones, rather the infant reaches them at his/her own pace. Laura also showed us how to observe baby cues and what baby clues we should look out for as they learn to communicate in different ways. The classes are typically small in size and are taught right out of Laura's cozy living room. Our babies were also similar in age. We met each week for about 90 minutes. We started each class by singing an introductory song using each baby's name. I loved seeing my baby's reaction to the song when it came time to sing her name out loud! In addition, a new activity was introduced each week and we learned how to observe our babies to the activity. This was a no pressure environment; one week my baby showed no interest in the new activity but then showed a lot of interest or would master the activity the next time we met! This was mind blowing for me! Meeting in such a small, intimate environment also helped us not only form a strong bond with our babies but it also allowed us new mamas to forge new friendships which are invaluable as we navigate parenthood. Lastly, most of the toys we used in class were homemade by Laura, which meant we could go home and recreate those items without having to spend extra $$ on expensive toys. However, there were some items we used in class that could be purchased at IKEA or Amazon if needed. This class is a MUST for first time mamas! I highly recommend :)

She has been such a great teacher and helped me so much with learning the development of my daughter and helping me bond closer to her. I would absolutely recommend her services to anyone! This is the only ABA organization that I have experienced that does not require all staff to have cpr & first aid or a fingerprint card prior to interacting with children. Any funds spent goes into the facade that management is trying to portray. So today to new school Joni the owner decided to change things. Wensdays and Thursdays of week before agreement made and signed. 9:15 am to 3pm. The 1st day new school opens. Confronted by Joni be there at 8am to 12pm or 12pm 3pm. Befor that, it was "NOT HER AREA.!.!" Joni was rude today. Said," I DON'TCARE", several times. Not even exaggerating. I even witnessed a verbal agreement, with Dariia and my son. Then as we left the Owner and another said BYE real loud rudely. I was so shocked. I feel sorry for their employees & kids. Can't believe this, after he's been going there already so long. Had to bring him home. He loves school. The People that work there are great. Bless them all. Add: 9-8-21 I suggested to file breach of contract with the school. There's alot been brought to light. In reguards to her actions and confusion. Not good business practices.
