She's one of those people that has a smile in her voice and just makes you feel good hearing her speak. Sam who is the same. How refreshing it is to talk to people who seem to really care about the customer and make me smile. Thanks you guys I was searching for Frozen Chicken Thighs today to make sure they were in stock. I love DoorDash because I can find the lowest price. Well, I called the Grocery Outlet in Rialto (for some reason that is the one that comes up for me even though I live in Fontana) . The first time they put me on hold without answering. The second time a gentleman answered and I started talking "frozen chicken thighs," and he hung up on me. I know I can be boring ‍ my sister tells me that all the time. How do I jazz up my delivery to keep the butcher from hanging up on me? I realized I could change stores, that Fontana has a Grocery Outlet! Yippee! That is when I Karen answered and went to look, then Sam picked up and went to look too. Guess what folks? They didn't have any frozen chicken thighs, but they were so fabulous I had to write this review! The chicken thighs are for my dogs so here is a picture of Molly & George.

Out of about four attempts, they answered once put me on hold and after being on hold for about six minutes, they disconnected the call and when I tried calling back, no one answered. I tried a couple more times. Online and in the app, it says that they had them in stock so I drove over there which was a few miles away. I get there and lo and behold. They do not have any. I tell the employee there says that they have them and she's like well. We might have the display but that's about it. Then I'm told that I can try another story in Montclair or Fontana, but I would have to call him and see if they have it. I asked to buy one why I was there and pick it up when they get it in stock and they said no. They said I should've called and I said well you should've answered your phone. If you ordered it online, you don't get the discount and they charge your shipping and handling so it's not worth it. So I checked the stores in Montclair and Fontana and neither one had any left.. I could've saved time in trouble and gas if they just answered their phones when I called earlier or not be so rude to hang up after keeping me on hold for over six minutes. Sad thing is I actually like coming to this location and getting stuff but I think I need to find a new tool supplier.

With this in mind, there's no free samples (at least when we went) and no food court, but no big deal at least for us. Always a good price and deal with Costco Kirkland products. Super cheap Kirkland brand water (40 bottles for under $4) and their Celsius energy drink dupes. Good stuff. Only issue was that any time we checked out we had issues with the membership so took some time and a team member to manual input the ID number and check us out.
