The second time was to haul away flooring from a remodeling project. Both times scheduling was a breeze. And I really appreciate their flat rate pricing which seemed quite fare and reasonable. Paying the invoice on-line was also fast and easy. I will definitely continue to use them for future projects.

Appointments are made within a two hour window. Prior to my booking I called just to try & get a guess on how much the service would cost. I was given a rough idea but it depends on how much of the truck you fill up. There is an extra cost for recycling items such as TVs & computer monitors. One of the things I like about Got Junk is that they just don't throw everything away. Back at warehouse they go thru all your junk & either trash it or donate it. I was told they have someone that refurbishes items as well. Tip: before booking look for coupons, I found one for $50 off! About an hour before my scheduled appointment window, I received a text informing me of their ETA. Once there I showed my team of two, everything that needed to be hauled away. Got Junk really takes almost everything! I had furniture, boxes, trash, clothes etc etc. They even take freezer/frig items too. I was given a price range of cost before they began. The final cost was right in the range. The guys (shout out to Shawn & Ryley ) were friendly & removed everything very quickly - great customer service. This service saved me so much time & effort, I will definitely be using them again!

However, the junk removal was much more costly than other companies I've used in the past. The worst part of the experience was that the junk guys tracked mud on the carpets through the entire path from the front door to an upstairs bedroom. They "compensated" me by discounting the price by $45 which was something, but didn't make up for the two hours of carpet cleaning I had to do after they left. Personally, this will be the last time I use Jolly Junk.
