Did some research. Called this company. Fast to communicate over messages. It was good. Booked a in house consultation. When they came over, we had a good meeting, saw the house, and booked a first clean. Maids arrived about 10 minutes late. What can you do. Very reasonable. Amanda and Jennifer got to work right away. They did all the items on my list, then a few more. I found the faucets were super shiny after they left. I won't lie, I didn't expect them to get under the beds. But they did, and that unique for a cleaning company. The care was above normal. Found a few small areas that I needed better attention to , and I let the manager know. We hired Three North Clean for a move-in deep clean package (including carpet cleaning) prior to moving our family into our new home. Unfortunately, both the initial service quality and owner communication fell far short of professional standards. The Cleaning: Despite booking a deep clean package where the owner initially assured us that "roughly 8 to 10 hours to do it properly" would be sufficient for our home size (quoted as 2 cleaners working for 4 hours total), basic move-in tasks were either completely skipped or executed poorly on the first pass: * Kitchen & Appliances: Behind the fridge was filthy and clearly untouched (heavy dust, grime, and debris on the floor/baseboards), despite cleaning behind appliances being explicitly listed on their deep clean checklist. The rest of the kitchen was far below deep-clean standards. * Bathrooms: On the initial clean, countertops were left with sticky residue, the shower and adjacent wall had heavy buildup, drawer and cupboard interiors were neglected, light fixtures were caked in dust, and dust was clinging to the wall behind the toilet. (Note: The return team sent back later did properly clean the bathrooms). * Property Damage & Neglect: Removing window tape residue left visible scratches up and down the window trims, and garage corners were left covered in heavy cobwebs. * Note: To their credit, the carpet cleaning team did a good job, the inside of the oven was cleaned, and the garage floor was swept. Communication & Management: The owner's communication was dismissive and extremely unprofessional throughout: * Scheduling Chaos & Broken Promises: Prior to booking, the owner explicitly emailed, "If anything changes for timing start time for the day. I'll update you closer to the day." However, she never contacted us. When I had to initiate contact myself at 7:00 PM the night before to confirm our start time, she responded near 8:00 PM telling me our confirmed 8:00 AM start was moved and accused me of "applying a lot of pressure." In a follow-up email, she vaguely stated that one cleaner would arrive at 10:00 AM, another "a later I think," and the carpet guys "sometime in morning." Despite telling us to plan for 10:00 AM, cleaners then showed up abruptly at 8:21 AM without notice. * Hostile Responses & Budget Issues: Prior to booking, the owner assured me, "In regards to the price, I don't think it'll be an issue. I think we will be able to get everything done for you based on the budget and job scope you've set out so don't stress about that. I think you'll get the full package." Yet, when I brought the missed areas to her attention, she became hostile and complained they were "over budget." She claimed 12 cleaning hours were used because one of the carpet cleaners had to stop carpet cleaning to help the house cleaners because they were falling behind--and tried to shift blame onto us. Rather than taking accountability, she wrote back stating, "I'm extremely unhappy working with you as well. This has been nothing but a nightmare no matter how hard we try," and blamed my husband for not catching everything on the spot. While they did send a crew back who successfully rectified the bathrooms, a true "move-in deep clean" shouldn't require the client to inspect, document, and fight to get advertised checklist items properly done in the first place. I have been having these cleaners come every two weeks since 2015. We've had a few different staff over the years but they have all been great. There may have been a blip or two but, honestly, every comment or concern was addressed. I let them know, they offer to return and re-do it. I've never taken them up on the offer, I only asked the staff pay attention to that detail next time around. COVID and job loss has messed up my ability to have them come in, despite the fact that I find their fees very affordable. Cannot wait to bring them back. Worth every penny! Attention to detail is amazing. I've even gifted their services to friends who have babies or surgery and they loved the work. read more

House cleaning is very important to me. Maksym, the owner, is quick to respond and always books us in when I call. Sometimes he sends a text back but either way the communication is always fast. They are very flexible. When booking last time I booked for a busy day I was told, yet the owner still went out of his way to make room for me, which was important as I had not had the home cleaned in a while. The chemicals they use are green and always make the house smells good. The floor is streak free. Invoicing is done a couple days later usually and they don't take cash, which is a sign of a good operation. I will be booking a new clean in 4 weeks or so again. read more

For me, there are three aspects that make up a good cleaning company: quality, price, and communication. To date, Three North Clean has hit all three on the head. We started using them 5 months ago, for biweekly cleaning. My priorities have always been kitchen and floors. In the kitchen, they make everything sparkle. The floors are always spot free and look great, too! Communication with the office is great, and customer service follow up is a bonus. They don't just assume the clean went well, they call to ensure that I'm happy, which is refreshing in today's disconnected society. I prefer they use my cleaning products, and they have no issue doing that. I have homemade cleaning solutions I provide, as I have children who crawl around on the floor all day. The cleaners are professional and always manage to get all the areas clean that my kids little sticky fingers end up making messy The invoices are sent via email after each clean, and that means I don't have to have money waiting for the cleaners each time. Services started out average. Within a few weeks the cleaners stopped arriving on time. Further, I made a specific request that the same cleaners work each cleaning because It was the home of a 90year old family member living alone, as it is hard on an elderly person to let a brand new person into the home every two weeks. I felt more comfortable if it was the same cleaners- which I specifically told the owner, and that did not last either. Multiple times new people arrived with zero or little warning. After 6 months of loyalty and being patient, they suddenly do not make any effort to get back to you in a timely manner. I've tried several times today, (starting at 730am). At one point I received a text from them saying "I'll call you right back" WHILE MY CALL WAS STILL RINGING- at 3pm. (Still no call back by 5) I'm quite sure if I was a new client requesting information I would've heard back within the hour. Trust me- you can find a much better cleaner in this city! First the carpet cleaning was fine. It's the house cleaning that was below expectations. I was moving into a house I just purchased and was to have a "deep clean". Apparently my idea of a deep clean is different than theirs. I was initially charged for 9 hours but when I questioned this because many things weren't done, or were done poorly, I was only charged 8 hours (still not acceptable). I had to re-clean showers/bath, and the kitchen (shelves, cabinets, stove, and fridge). We had such a great experience with Maksym from threenorthclean that I now always ping them whenever my tenants vacate our rental properties without searching / asking for quote for anyone else. His team does a great job with move-out cleaning and should there be any spot left by any oversight then Maksym resends his team for free of cost to take care of it and not to mention their price is very reasonable for the quality they provide. read more
