After one tenant of mine had a terrible experience I contacted Calgary trusted cleaners last minute. I explained my dilemma and they squeezed me in. They emailed me their check list as a reference. They came and did a great job, my tenants were messy and they cleaners they hired just seemed to make it worse. I was very impressed by the customer service and the experience was great. Since my initial transaction with them I have used them and some other Cleaning services. After a while I stopped using other companies. I just straight up trusted them because they have proven themselves dependable and reliable. They have done deep cleans , move out cleans and carpets. The prices are higher than I would like. However most of the time with other companies I end up needing to do some of my own cleaning to. I value my time so it is worth it. read more

I received a recommendation from a friend to give Calgary Trusted Cleaners a try and I must say I was pleasantly surprised. I showed them the specific items I wanted extra care and attention spent on, and they certainly listened. When I returned to my condo I noticed a piece of paper on my counter which was their service checklist of items they tended to, which was very detailed by the way, and also had a note acknowledging the completion of the specific items I needed done. After a quick inspection they were bang on with what they said they would do, and actually surprised me with their attention to detail. I will definitely be a long term customer as long as they give me the same service level as I received during this experience. When I was seriously in needI called them last minute and they fit me in for a Deep clean and Carpets. I let them into my home and left. They called me when they were finished they gave me a check list confiming everything was done. I will use them again. I was really impressed that they use a check list for account accountability. Trust has to be a big factor here too. I allowed the crew to stay in my house for hours while I was away. The stress of moving and everything that needs to be accomplished scheduled and taken care of is overwhelming. I can't imagine if I also had to come back and clean the whole house still. We rented our home during Calgary Stampede and we went out of town. Upon returning we found our home in less than nice condition. To say the least we were horrified and were too emotional and upset to deal with this ourselves. We called a few different cleaning businesses but liked the way Viktoriya spoke to us and empathized with us over the phone. She got a crew out to us the same day to perform a DEEP CLEAN. I live in a condo and your company was still able to clean the dryer duct with a mobile unit. Also, I requested special cleaning of the fan vent system, and the technician tried, then came out a second time with a portable unit, so he really did make an effort. I get my place cleaned by calgary trusted cleaners. They do a great job. You don't have to sign up for regular intervals, you can just book it when you want which is better for me and more flexible. The price is reasonable and they clean places I never thought anyone would (like under the sink!) They are also organized. They are trustworthy and great at what they do. read more
