I need cleaned deep cleaning I specified I wanted my baseboards done and my kitchen cabinets wiped out none of that happened, and my floors weren't even washed, I specifically said no to my master bedroom and bathroom being entered and cleaned, and it seems that they actually cleaned my bathroom regardless, because they completely ignored the downstairs of my house as requested so now I've paid $500 and you can tell me from my photos what you think of that fee. The checklist they filled out is a lie. It specifically said they did things that weren't done like wash walls and baseboards etc. They even checked off that they did the ceiling fan, clearly not done. None of the service was acceptable. No response is even worse I did reach out to this company yesterday , as they apparently offer a "guarantee" however I've received 0 response. *EDIT TO ADD* This company has a high rating on google, but it looks as if ALL the reviews were posted the same day, 1 month ago. Don't get taken like I did. **EDIT TWO** they did reach out. I had one conversation with a woman who was great, then Jay messaged me back.
