Seeing a print ad, we called The Grout Doctor. JJ was prompt in his reply and on-time for the appointment to see our problem and give an estimate. We found him to be thorough and knowledgeable. His estimate was based on square footage and was reasonable. We agreed on a date for the work to be done, less than a week out. JJ himself arrived on-time and was the one-man crew. His work was labor intensive, on the floor on hands and knees. He cleaned and stripped the tile floors, re-colored the grout and sealed it all in one day. This guy is a hard worker! Our floors are finally the way we want them. In addition, JJ was very respectful of our home, and when he left there was absolutely no additional clean up to be done.
