Both have been great and productive for my home and I'll be hopefully coming back again soon to pick up more!

We purchased several large trees from Big Trees Nursery and the service was excellent. The…read moreinstallation went smoothly and they sent someone at regular intervals for 6 months to check on the trees. About a year later, I noticed that one of the trees looked (to me) to be unhealthy, maybe even dying. I called Big Trees and they sent someone out quickly to assess the tree's health. It turned out the tree probably just needed more water and Pedro said he would come back in a couple of months to check - after leaving instructions for increased water. I was not charged for the visit even though it was a year after the sale. Now that is service!

They have an extensive selection to choose from and if you don't find what you're looking for, they will help you find it. Their prices may be a little higher for some items compared to corporate stores like Home Depot but the quality justifies the price. For some other things, they are actually the lowest price. The nursery is clean and organized with plenty of workers to help assist you with picking something out, answering any questions, or helping you load things into the car. I was in and out within 15 minutes! The parking lot is plentiful so no issues there. For parents of little ones or those who love watching mini trains, they have a huge mini train track set up outside in the back by the bonsai trees. A fun and free entertainment to keep your kids occupied while you shop. We bought an apple tree so hope it's fruitful (crossing fingers)!
