No surprise, and no less disappointing, party pans are smaller/flatter EVERYwhere. Their customer service is always on point. No complaint there. The quality of the food was decent. However, to include broccoli was an upcharge. Ended up buying three bags of frozen broccoli and another jar of Alfredo sauce from Aldi to doctor up our order. Sad, sad, sad. You pay for convenience but moving forward, I will plan better and cook my own for wayyyy cheaper. Let me reiterate: decent food and prices are comparably better. The food was great with huge portions. We were a table of four to include a six year old. We had two calzones with pepperoni and sausage, a no bread boat line (idk what that means) but is was basically a calzone without the bread and the little person had chicken nuggets and fries. The fries were ok, could've used some flavor. The service was ok, but nothing to smile about. The ambiance is a bit depressing with no purposeful design or thought of flow. Nobody approached me. I walked to the back and spotted a man behind the counter by a register. Turns out that you have to order from there and then be seated and they will find you. I sat and waiting for my order and was served a sad salad that was basically a bowl of lettuce. I had the spaghetti with meatballs and found that the texture of the meatballs was just...weird. I have tried Three Brothers about three times now. It's an okay place for Italian. First entree I tried was the pizza and it was pretty good. Next, was the chicken Cesar salad and meatball calzone. The salad was basically chopped lettuce and chicken. The dressing and croutons were good though. The calzone was a big, oily, doughy mess unfortunately. The meatballs were tasty but the calzone was basically hollow, aside from some ricotta and mozzarella cheese... and the oil. Most recently was the lasagna and spaghetti and meatballs. I love their sauce but everything was so OILY. The portion size was enough for two easily and aside from the glob of cheese on top of the lasagna it was really good. The spaghetti and meatballs were okay, something homemade could also compete with it. I would order pizza from here on a regular basis but would skip the rest of the menu. Don't order from here because they don't value their customers. I ordered an XL cheese pizza for pick up yesterday(Sat evening around 7:30pm). When I got home I realized they gave me an XL pepperoni pizza. I called and spoke with Isreal. He basically told me that they could deliver a pizza to me for another $10 plus tip which I refused. I asked for my money back and was told I needed to wait until the manager returned on Tuesday. I went to the restaurant today (Sunday) to speak with someone, return the untouched pizza and get a refund. To my surprise, I found out Isreal was the manager and he will be out until Tuesday. The worker was able to contact him via phone. He ended up approving a refund for the pizza but not after a bunch of back and forth. The food is ok, but I will never spend my money with them again. Inconsistent. Food, fries, flavor/ quality/ portion size varies from store to store. And at the Waldorf location the food varies from week to week, apparently. The whole point of going to 3Brothers is because I know what I like there, I know what to expect. I'm working in Waldorf now and was happy there was 3bros store. But the food is not as good as the Baltimore store, for example. And it's not even the same as it was last week. Different fries. Different meats. Different sizes. Different bread. Defeats the purpose of liking a certain chain when it's so inconsistent. I guess I'll only be eating at three brothers on the rare occasion I'm in Baltimore. I ordered delivery through Yelp's Eat24 feature. I ordered a chicken Parmesan sub, with loaded cheese fries. The sub was only $7.99, and the cheese fries were $5.99. Not bad. The same order from Bobby Ruccis (also delicious) would have been more expensive. Especially through food scooter. My food arrived pretty quick, all the sauces I requested were there (awesome!) and it was delicious! The cheese was stiff on the fries, and melted on the bottom, but that could've been because it was delivered. Anyway it was yummy and i enjoyed it! The BF, his son, and mine wanted to go out to dinner last night since it was Friday night and I'd had a bad day (hello, three kidney stones prompting a visit to the ER at 4:30 AM). The two boys (ages 16) of course gravitated to a place that served pizza. The restaurant is large and looks nice. The menu looks decent. I figure eh, why not? We ordered two pizzadillas (their special), an order of mozzarella sticks, chicken alfredo, and baked ravioli, plus four drinks. The total - $53. What the hell?! The drinks are from a fountain, and the selection is poor. Service is very slow. My baked ravioli and the chicken alfredo came with salads - when they showed up, the lettuce was very finely shredded and limp. The dressings were nasty. They also came with two very large tasteless breadsticks. Then the mozzarella sticks came; the were rather tiny and not worth the $5.50. The sauce was cold to dip them in. The pizzadillas came next - these were actually pretty tasty. They tasted like a piece of rolled up pepperoni pizza. For $7, they were right good. About 5 minutes after that, the pastas came. The baked ravioli with meatballs was pretty good, but nothing spectacular or justifying its price. The chicken alfredo was just meh.
