The end result - warranty replacement including shipping - was all that could be expected and more. Brian was professional, responsive and pleasant. He was patient with an old guy and took the time to assure that I had completed all the necessary steps to get the warranty replacement. He let me know when the item would be shipped and that I will receive a notice with tracking information. The ball retrievers work great (I broke the end attachment); the first class customer service was an unexpected but welcome bonus. In today's retail environment often filled with angst and excuses, Brian and Dynamic Brands is indeed refreshing.
