Fast forward 2 WEEKS later I go in, finally get my computer and then lo and behold it's an extra 15$ than I was told? I had already paid 365$ so an extra 2$ is a lot more. Whatever I get it. I pay, I go home i try to use it. It does work, but something's off...weird in-fact, the first layer of my computer screen's plastic cover, the only layer they had to fix, nothing else, was barely attached. I mean my screen basically caught a waft of the rest of the computer. Fine. I call them back ask their warranty policy, they say: "we can look at it but if it's something we deem you did then we will charge you again." Uh? No! It's your job to fix it not mine. After reading the reviews of similar things happening with the exact same two men I decided to not bring it back and waste my time or money. Definitely not stopping here again.

Please show me the law that says I cannot take my service dog into an establishment?! No I will not be discriminated against like that. I have left a message for the general manager to call me back.
