I came here with a friend looking for some house decor/care. It's typically a place where you have to sorta dig to find what you really are looking for, which worked for me. I got some art crafts supplies, plumbing items, and even a few dresses. I love the options that they have for dresses, but you have to be careful because some of the styles does look pretty cheap. Clean and has plenty of options to look at if you're just strolling around in there with no mission. I actually enjoyed this Ross rather than the one in Willow Lawn or Short Pump. The check out registry was a lot faster at this location than the others! I mainly check the Ross in Willow Lawn whenever I need to make a trip to the craft store next door (AC Moore). This Ross location is close to a Michael's.

Restroom was clean, functional and modern. Long lines on weekends is expected. I saw the self-checkout line diminished quickly as more cashiers became available. I always get her foot measured before I buy her new shoes, so I'm not sure why they couldn't do this. The employee then asked what size shoe she wore, I told her and she proceeded to tell me that they didn't carry her shoe size, even though I have purchased shoes for her at the same chain (different location) before. The employee just seemed uninterested in assisting me, so I ended up leaving. This store is very convenient to my home and I hate that I don't want to visit again due to this experience.

Stopped by to grab some ice cream as a post dinner treat on my way to an event. I shared that I loved chocolate and cookies & cream ice cream typically. I was immediately offered samples of flavors she thought I would like! I ended up settling on a scoop of the newer cookie 2 step flavor which had brown sugar, cookie pieces and cookie dough! If you like cookies and cream this is a grander version. I also got a scoop of oatmeal creme pie all on a dipped waffle cone. Oh my goodness was this ice cream delicious and the cone just made it all that better. This store is absolutely adorable with fun decor and purchasable items throughout which gives the whole place a fun feeling of whimsy.
