I needed new scrubs for a new job and decided since I was losing weight I want to try them on in person so I went where I knew I always had gotten great service. I was sadly disappointed. I walked in and the guy behind the counter did not acknowledge my presence in the slightest. I in fact did not even know he was there (I thought someone might be in the back) until he moved when a person who came in after me addressed him. When they left a moment later he went right back to leaning on the counter on his phone. Initially, I was going to continue my journey and try some things on but I changed my mind. I would need help with the shirts high up and he didn't seem like he would want to help with that. I put the pants back on a rack and left. I will just order from somewhere else. I would not recommend this place unless they take a customer service course.

Sometimes brands were marketed together and other times you had to search through a rack. I think better signage would help. There are only 2 fitting rooms but this place wasn't very busy on a weekday afternoon so there was no wait. They didn't have the petite pants I was looking for, but the salesperson was very helpful and said she could place an order for me. Prices are comparable to online retailers and other local stores. I noticed a rack of clearance scrubs with Urbane pants for $15 which is a steal. I prefer Uniform City a bit more because of the personable staff and coupons but I have a weakness for KD110's recycled plastic bottle fabric scrubs which you can get here in 3 colors!
