I went to Threading Zone to have my eyebrows waxed 4 days before my daughter's wedding. I assumed (never again) they knew what they were doing since brows seem to be the primary service. I was horrified when I looked in the mirror and literally had only 1/2 brow on one side - the far end was not even visible. They had waxed off all but a couple of hairs! Terrible, terrible job!! Thank goodness for eyebrow pencil. I'll NEVER go back there again. Oh, and after the wax they didn't even bother to touch up the any stray hairs - I had to do that myself at home. read more

Wish i could give zero stars. First and last time customer. Went in for my eyebrows and lip wax. The girl didn't wash her hands, basically threw the wax on my face, and rewaxed multiple areas. My eyebrows truned out sloppy and uneven and my lip got burned. Wouldn't recommen this place to anyone. read more

On my quest to "save a buck" you get what you pay for.. While this place is very inexpensive I would definitely have to say that the lady who does the eyebrows could benefit from more customers. Don't get me wrong my eyebrows weren't bad, however they weren't great. I truly hate to say that I won't be back because thats just my personal choice but I am sure with practice she will get better.. Got my eyelash extensions from here and the lady doing them was very nice and careful. She was very professional and really knew what she was doing. Love these extensions! The glue burned my eyes a bit but went away after a couple minutes and the results are worth it especially for the price. I also got my eye brows done here and just needed them shaped after growing them out for 4 months. Usually when i tell someone to just clean them up they take off too much, but the lady here knew exactly what I wanted! Wish i got her name but i'll definitely be back. read more

I went to threading zone to get my eyebrows threaded but ended up getting them threaded, tinted, and my lip waxed too. They are SO friendly and I'm OBSESSED with my eyebrows. I literally admire them every time I pass a mirror or window. I will definitely be returning. I do have to admit the wait time was a little lengthy, I arrived at 940 and the eyebrow girl doesn't get there until 10, just a heads up! read more

I was in the area and decided to check this place out...one of the best decisions I have ever made. The place is very clean and the staff are very friendly. The license of each cosmetologist was framed on the wall right when you walk in through the door. Very affordable price as well! My eyebrows turned out amaaaaaazingly. I got my eyebrows done, tinted and eyelashes done here. She didn't let me see my eyebrows before tinting them. Lady had no idea what she was doing with the eyelashes, in fact she even told me it was her first time doing them. Told me it would last a month but they all fell off within 2 hours. Here's the WORSE PART, she got the glue in my eyeballs and ended up gluing my eyes shut& pulling them apart with her hands without washing them. I ended up having to go to the doctor today because i got an infection in both my eyes. Both my eyelashes and eyebrows were uneven. I will not be back. The only thing I liked about this place was how clean it was. Very disappointed with the service I received. read more
