I had the worst experience, I walked in fearful of getting my eyebrows threaded too thin. The girl on the first chair helped me, and I politely begged for her to ONLY clean up my brows. Well she did not obey my petition, she not only butchered the shape of my brow, she cut my skin too, and she asked if I wanted tint which I suspect was to cover up her mess. The ladies that are there often (I'm not sure what their names are ) are bad and for me the lady didn't cut any of my eyebrows except for the middle part !!! So disappointed I came to this location! I always go to the Bloomingdale location but Addison was on my way so I stopped in. Big mistake! I only needed my chin done, which I told one lady. She tells her colleague something and then says you have some hairs on your neck should I get them. Never did either women tell me there's another charge! I'm thinking that's part of my chin charge. Anyway, the lady then asked me eyebrows? I say no I'll actually wax my upper lip. She double dips which is a huge no no in my book! After puts something on my upper lip and chin and neck like rose water and I pay. I end up leaving the shop and getting in my car and see my face now has welts in my mouth area. I'm assuming it will go down as the day goes on, but nope! It actually turns into pimples by the time I go to bed! Now the following morning I have dry skin, along with bumps and pimples from my chin area up to my upper lip. Extremely pissed off that I trusted these women. I usually go to Karen in Bloomingdale but this was an eye opener to never ever go someplace for convenience! Go the extra 20 mins and not wake up with a destroyed face! read more

I even pointed it out once and there was still a lot missed. I should've just stuck to shaving and saved $20. It's hard to try a new threading place, but we were on a time crunch. My daughter got her eyebrows threaded and she really liked her. She liked that she kept them natural and for her, it didn't hurt. I have been here 4 times now and it is usually really good! The owner usually does a great job. I would NOT recommend going on Saturday when she is not there. They took off half my eyebrows. Thin eyebrows are not even in style so I am not sure why this would be the main goal of any threader/waxer. You can always take more hair but you can't get more back. Please, please take it easy on people's eyebrows and don't go thin right away! read more

They do a good job with eyebrows --in regards to waxing--STAY AWAY. Any professional waxing center knows never to double dip the waxing stick. I realized this until the lady was done, but I went in for an underarm wax and upper lip...she used the same waxing stick for both services. Who knows how many other people she's used that stick on. I see in the reviews someone got a bikini wax...disgusting. They should never ever ever double dip in the wax, come on! That just poor hygiene. read more

Came in today Sunday at 11 am! I was the first customer there. I was greeted immediately upon entering . I sat down and she took the time to ask me how I liked my brows to be done. I was there about 15 minutes. I like that she took her time with me didn't rush even though 2 other women walked in and were waiting. She took the time to explain to me their rewards program. & The half off facials weekend special! I absolutely love this place. Great first impression & She did a fairly good job. Worst salon I've ever been too. So unprofessional. They couldn't even keep the tint on my eyebrows. I will never go there or recommend them to everyone I know. If I wanted my eyebrows two different shapes I would of tweezed them myself. Worst experience I've ever had. This is embarrassing. They also pick the shape they feel is appropriate. If i could give them no stars i would!! I used to love this place, but the past two times I've came here they've completely messed up my eyebrows.. I decided to give them another try today after growing them out for 5 months after they messed them up the first time and I left in tears!! I asked her nicely to just clean them up and keep them thick with a slight arch. She left one eyebrow straight and thin and the other one looked practically the same as when i sat down. When i told her this isn't what i asked her, she practically held me down to the chair so she can "fix" them!! it's so disappointing and upsetting. don't even bother coming here, unless you want your eyebrows to be fucked up. read more

Just found a diamond in the rough here in our town. Sinal just gave me an over the top facial which I needed really bad with this cold weather.
