Outstanding quality, craftsmanship, and service -- highly recommended! We had an excellent experience working with Thread Your Logo for PowerTech's custom embroidery on vests, shirts, and bags. Our project was not simple -- the logo included gradient stitching, which many vendors are unable or unwilling to execute correctly. Thread Your Logo not only accepted the challenge but delivered it with exceptional precision and craftsmanship. The gradient embroidery came out beautifully, clean, and consistent across all items, exactly as we envisioned. We truly appreciate the dedication, reliability, and pride Thread Your Logo puts into their work. We highly recommend them to any company looking for high-quality custom embroidery -- especially for complex logos or detailed designs. Thank you again for your outstanding support and craftsmanship. We look forward to working together again! read more

Paid for safety vests in September 2025. Never delivered (as of Feb 26). Wont respond to calls / emails.

DO NOT RECOMMEND! PLEASE SHOP AROUND, DO YOUR RESEARCH!! I spent almost 8K with Renwick. I ordered 50 adult hoodies, 50 youth hoodies, 50 beanies in October and 2 varsity jackets in December. This whole process including the hoodies and beanies has been terrible. I literally talked to Renwick every other day as he was asking my opinion trying to make this a perfect experience which it was until he sent the invoice. He knew the entire time while talking me through this process that he would be getting over on me charging me the retail price for everything and not wholesale price. With the season changing I am stuck with over 80 hoodies and 40 beanies in my basement that I'll either have to give away, raffle off or sell them for dirt cheap in order to get rid of them and barely make a profit. I paid the invoice like an idiot because I was just starting out and was ready to launch (rushing). Afterwards, I showed him that the price he charged me for each hoodie (not wholesale) was way cheaper on Amazon, no type of compensation given for that. But that part was my fault I should have done my research even down to the jackets because I see now that this is just the "Thread Your Logo" process. Almost every bad review show the exact same thing I experienced as far as jackets. Mind you I ordered the jackets in December, I just got them in March when we're getting 70+ degree weather. Not to mention my son jacket is a newborn size and he's a size 8 which I explained to Renwick that he's a husky boy. He knew he was in the wrong, wanted to travel all the way to Philly "to explain himself". They just need to stop advertising for jackets because no business owner would be thrilled to wait months for merchandise. I've been very patient and tried to be understanding but something about being almost 8 grand in the hole is not sitting well with me. I'm scared to even continue to pursue my business due to the financial L I took with them. Renwick does not wish to compensate me for anything, not the inconvenience, not the small jacket, my time anything. Don't let the niceness fool you this company is just bad business. read more

" I ordered custom embroidered hats for our upcoming Family Reunion from Thread Your Logo. We used a logo designed by one of our cousins who is a graphic artist. I had outstanding communication with Thread Your Design throughout the process and they were willing to make corrections after the digital design was created. The proof showed me how the hats would look completed. After the text adjustment the hats went in for production. I was contacted to verify the shipping address and then the hats were sent. The hats are wonderful!!! I'm confident that our family members who receive them will wear them proudly for years to come. We'll done! The price was more than we'd planned to spend but the outcome was worth the higher cost." read more

Mistakes happen, sometimes things don't always go as planned, that's life I get it. The problem with Thread Your Logo is that when mistakes happen they don't do what it takes to make it right with the customer. After hiring Thread Your Logo for a simple embroidery job they used the wrong logo file and hence embroidered the wrong detail onto our hats. While they admitted the mistake they refused to provide any compensation for their error outside of a credit for a future order. I would expect that any small business would be want to do what is right to keep customers coming back but that is not the case with these guys, they prioritize a small amount of revenue over the satisfaction of their customers. My advice: look elsewhere for your next printing, embroidery or design project. read more

Thread Your Logo provided very attentive and caring customer service. I was nervous about working with an embroiderer that wasn't local for me (I'm based in NY), but working with Jacqueline was great -- sometime she'd even respond late at night when I sent her emails, even though that was not expected. They provided quick shipping, and a high-quality product to go with it. The exact hat I requested is the one they ordered with no issues, and the embroidery is as expected. No surprises along the way. I'm happy working with Thread Your Logo and am in the process of my second order from them. Highly recommended. read more

Not going to recommend this company - they delivered totally unacceptable shirts - with misspellings, mismatched fonts, and tears in the shirts. We have requested a refund for the unacceptable goods but in typical fashion, they have not responded. read more
