The logo embroidery quality was A+ and the service was delivered on time and was super friendly. I was given constant and frequent updates about my order status, with responses often being within the hour. So very happy with that we chose to go with this location small biz for our employees' holiday jackets!

I hired Melissa for tailoring of 3 pairs of basic suit pants…read more The first pair wasn't returned to me until close to 3 months after the date I originally requested the alterations and were horribly done (Cut way too high and one leg is significantly shorter than other). Regarding the second order of 2 pairs, she literally worked on 1 leg of one of the pairs, ruined the stitching, and completely gave up without even attempting the second pair. She informed me she wouldn't be able to complete the pants AFTER making me wait till the deadline I requested & giving me the impression that she had had completed these pieces of clothing the day before. I will say Melissa is a nice person and very apologetic but absolutely beyond unprofessional and I can't recommend her to anyone. I regret giving her my business and am currently in search of a tailor who can undo the mistakes she made on my clothes. Go elsewhere.

We were able to set up some time for later in the week for me to drop the item off. I arrived on time and Melissa was geared up and ready to go! I failed to previously communicate that it was a bit of a "rush" order because I needed it back the same day. That was no sweat off of Melissa's back as she so graciously accepted the challenge! Thank you so much, Melissa for a job well done!

With plenty beautiful yarn and knit fabrics to choose from, you can really get creative here. Whether you are a beginner or seasoned at the art of crotchet, anyone can join in the fun. I highly recommend and I most certainly will be signing up for another class.

It took us almost six months to make it out there on a Saturday, but we went last weekend in search of yarn for a hat he wants to make. We were both impressed with the shop. Lana, the owner, is delightful and super helpful. She asked which of us was the knitter and didn't assume it was me (it is both! But he was the shopper that day!) and she spent a bunch of time showing him options based on what parameters he gave. While they searched I went off on my own looking at the selection and saw she has a really good variety of both workhorse standards and some luxury brands as well. When hubby wasn't sure if he would need 2 or 3 balls due to ambiguity in how the pattern requirements were described, she said if he bought 3 and didn't use the last one he could return it - that is very rare! I suspect he could make something from the third if he doesn't use it anyway but it was very kind of her to offer. She has a cute and very chill pup hanging out at the store with her and many samples to see how various yarns knit up. Honestly if I hadn't gone completely off the rails buying 3 sweater quantities at Alpaca & Fleece last month I would have bought a bunch for myself too when we were there. Next time!
