I know what this job should cost having had it done at another house I own but the quotes I was receiving were pretty outrageous to be honest, so I kind of gave up looking for a while. Posted the project again on Yelp in the spring and M Heller replied asking for a discussion. After we talked I received a very reasonable quote - much more in line with what I expected. I did my due diligence in terms of exploring the company's background and was completely satisfied. Long story short, if you need plumbing or HVAC work do not hesitate reach out to M (Matt) Heller. He took out an antiquated system and installed a state of the art replacement and it's working great. Anything I requested he acknowledged and accommodated without debate or up charge - he honored the original quote. If you ever need plumbing or HVAC system work, do not hesitate to call on M Heller. You won't be disappointed. His operation is great and he will be doing all my plumbing and HVAC work from here on out.

In all three cases they showed up on time an the jobs were completed in what I would consider to be a timely manner. Not too much keeping this from a 5 star review other than the prices being on the high side for the toilet repairs. In the past two trips, I spent over $600. I could have a brand new toilet in place for that amount. The tech who came on the last trip did give some good advice to prevent the problem from re-occurring. I would certainly consider them again, but hope I won't need their services for awhile.
