This is a long overdue review. I used their services back in spring of 2023. This was after I had…read morecalled several other companies which didn't call me back and one sent someone but they just looked at it and never contacted us again, and another never showed up. I read lots of amazing reviews on Mundae and requested a service. They were so responsive and talked me through the process. It wasn't long before someone came out to take several tests that consist of an air sample outside and inside and an actual sample of the mold, and a walk around to see if they spot more mold anywhere else. The report came back quick and scheduling of the mold remediation was quick. 3 workers were sent and it took half a day total since it was just our upstairs that needed it. Everyone we encountered was friendly, kind, and informative. Responsive whether it was text, phone call, or email. Appreciate the speediness in which the issue was resolved and felt very pleased with the service. Also I can report back that since then no more mold has appeared. I highly recommend them and have their info saved in case I need them in the future but honestly I hope I really don't.

We, as buyers, did not have this expertise, thus, we paid someone to do a proper inspection for us. Note, we paid an extra $200 for a sprinkler system and pool inspection. To list a few: 1. When you turn the pool pump off, the backflow valve was broken, so the spa drained to pool level. All they had to do was turn it off for 20 minutes and note the deficiency. This was a $350 repair. 2. The pool main pump ran with about 2" of air in the top - visible problem if you know anything about pools. Leaking valve. $250 repair. 3.Two windows with the seals completely blown out, water freely flows into the widows. The blown-out seals are clearly visible. $3300 repair. 4. There was a nearly flat section of roof (graded 1.6"/12") that was covered with shingles. Shingles can NOT be used unless the grade is more than 2"/12". This section of roof had a rotten soft spot and leaked into the garage the first time it rained. $2600 repair. 5. There was a bad sprinkler valve causing a sprinkler head to endlessly seep and turn the yard into a mushy spot. $450 repair. We have been in the house 3 months and keep finding new stuff that should have been identified. I asked for a 50% refund for the inspection services that were not done properly. They said no and gave me a $100 refund for the sprinkler defect. They repeatedly informed me, their report clearly says you should check with professional pool and roof inspectors, and they do not stand behind their work. What's the point of hiring an inspector who blanketly disavows his work by pasting generic language into every report that says he isn't responsible and you should hire specialists? They miss things you would reasonably expect an inspector to find, and when you raise the issue, they deny, deflect, and defend. Very bad experience. There are tons of home inspectors out there. Find one that cares about you. Please see the response from the inspection company below to see exactly what I am talking about: 1) They state below the items listed above were in their report. I triple checked again today, and not a single one of the items listed above was in their report - their statement below is FALSE. (deny) 2) They recommend hiring someone qualified, instead of themselves (deflect) 3) They claim their inspection is visual only, and non-invasive. However, none of the items listed above require anything beyond visual inspection. No invasive diagnosis was required to see these things. (defend).
