When I was working off 31, I would periodically drop my car off for an oil change here…read more All of the guys I interfaced with were incredibly nice and patiently explained any concerns they had about my Kia. They were always on top of things and ran on time - even finishing my car and offering to pick me up from work earlier than expected once or twice. While it may cost a little more than other options, the great service warrants the higher price.

In all my years as a car owner, I have been a customer of many auto shops/mechanics. And in all my…read moreyears I have never seen the level or professionalism, efficiency and communication that Christian Bros demonstrated. Booking online and via text was super simple. I got a text verification right away AND the best part is that CBros actually communicates via text. Updates, questions, anything you need- they will respond in a timely manner. For people like me who work and can't always answer a call or make a call, the text option is a Godsend. Brought my car in on the evening 5pm of a Tuesday. Wednesday at 8:30 I was sent a text that said my car was being inspected. Attached a pic of our timely communication in photos. The inspection report was incredibly detailed and there were even videos to show what was happening with my cars brakes and why they needed replacing. I mean, never have I received a report like this. The quote followed soon after. So easy to read again and all I had to do was approve or deny the service, sign and the work could begin. All in all, I would definitely recommend CBros and will definitely be coming back. Their service and value was outstanding. True professionals.

Chris called me within a day to inform me it arrived and was ready for installation. I visited the store after the weekend and contacted Chris on my way in. He handled my case throughout the process, ensuring everything was in order. My replacement part was installed within 10 minutes, and my car was also washed. Chris even printed out a Carfax and identified a recall during my first visit. Chris was a pleasure to deal with, demonstrating a remarkable sense of humor and professionalism. The service and parts department is efficient and well-organized. The great location and staff made my experience easy and enjoyable. I'll definitely use them for all my future servicing. 10/10.

After a couple bad experiences in Tom Wood's service department, my husband and I have been driving…read moreto a further Toyota dealership for service, but figured we'd give Tom Wood another shot when it came to their sales department. Our Sales rep brought us over to his desk and then just sat their and looked around, to the point of where we were asking "are you going to show us any features or trims?" He told us they didn't have any of the car we were looking at in stock, and yet we could see two of them where we were. He finally showed us one and just stood there - didn't tell us anything about the car, how it compares, ask us questions, etc. A new couple walked up and he escorted them in, which was fine, but then left us out there long enough that we walked back in and had to go find him again. We drove to the other Toyota dealership after that, and had a much better experience, and also found out that some of the info the previous sales rep had given us was false. When we told our friends this, a couple said they also had some nasty experiences at Tom Wood Toyota.

Quality service department…read more The only reason they are four instead of five stars is because the service department has that all too common attitude of "I have been working here 30 years and you haven't." Honestly, I can understand that attitude. The guy has been there 30 years, knows the vehicles inside and out, and has to interact every day with idiots who don't know an alternator from a disc brake. And he's supposed to do it with a smile on his face while treating the idiots like respectable human beings. Tough job. Still four stars and I can recommend.

The worst experience Ive ever had at a dealership. The financing guy and those in the title…read moredepartment gave us the wrong instructions on a titling issue. They hounded us to get it fixed while telling us the wrong things to do. My wife and I (with two small kids we need to tote around) still have not been able to register 9 months in to our lease! Eventually this place was taken to court for selling our trade in without getting the title fixed. AJ Roush and Steve Reynolds offered no help, knowing all of this took place. They showed zero remorse and even held my registration up longer by not giving my wife and I the basic docs until we drove 45 minutes there and back to Westfield to pay a tax. Never do business with this company. I look forward to my lease being over so I can get away from this place. I will never do business with them again.

I took my Buick in knowing that it needed quite a few repairs. However, I got a nearly $10,000 bill…read moreto fix the issues. The cost they quoted me for repairs was more than my car was even worth. Breakdown: Rear brake job- $535 Front brake job- $535 Tie rod ends- $323 Alignment- $125 Struts- $1,920 Ac condenser- $1921 A/C service (which I was told at the last visit would not fix my a/c as it is the condenser that is broken)- $175.85 Degrease engine bay- $138 Water pump- $1041 Air filter box- $499 Air filter snorkel- $451 Windshield wipers- $47 End bill was ~$9,450 Now just for kicks and giggles, I had them replace the windshield wipers as I don't like doing it myself. It costed $144 after labor. I don't mind paying for good work. But the prices are all in the highest range of every Google estimate for fixing these issues. Even someone with money to burn would not pay these prices. I am a teacher. I need a working car. I took my car to my dad, who was an air force mechanic for 28 years. He was able to fix all issues in the car except the a/c for $700 worth of parts and about 3 hours of work. Why? My car did not need half the repairs they told me it needed, and not for their exorbitant cost of labor. Your mechanics are charging more for labor than my dad made per hour in the military. Cars are already expensive. Esler's does not need to charge disgustingly high prices for routine maintenance, and they certainly don't need to suggest repairs that don't need done. I will not be coming back. Half star is for the front desk lady. She was really nice and got me scheduled quickly. Give her a raise. Maybe you can give her some of that labor cost.
