You can download their mobile app. They will send you a message once they are ready to see you. Today, I waited 70 mins. I was not surprised because I saw the long line up outside the laboratory. The staff are very friendly. Pauline has the exceptional customer service by explaining to each customer politely and nicely who are anxious and irritable while waiting for their time. The female technician draw blood and I did not feel the pain. Lots of parking. It's first come first serve basis. Everyday is busy and if u want to avoid long line up. Come early at 7am.of

It's inside the Shoppers Drug Mart therefore not as big as other locations, since I'm not familiar with its setting, I hesitated a bit when I get there, but the front reception kept asking me to wait that it won't be long ... However, the nurse who took my blood test poked into my vein so painfully, that my arm got bruised even after a few days later. Don't know what went wrong, I thought Dynacare is a big company and their staff should be well-trained and proficient, very disappointed with the service provided

I had the paperwork from my Doctor along with my health card ready for the person at the service counter. Some services are not covered by OHIP and you'll have to pay upfront out of pocket. There's seating for about 20 people. The TV monitor on the wall displays the wait times before you're seen by a lab technician. Staff were polite and efficient. I was in/out in 30 minutes.

Urine all over the toilet bowl and floor...making it sticky...you would expect that it would be clean on Monday 8:30 AM...not. -- The cup holder for urine samples has dry pee tartar from never been cleaned! Customer Service: -- The staff is ALWAYS in a bad mood (I've been here 3 times...different days of the week at different times). I know I can't expect every customer-facing role to be super excited and happy; however, I expect at least a good/positve attitude...they are not doing me a favour...they are providing a service.

I always get lightheaded when I get blood drawn, and when I told this to my nurse Christine she made time for me to lay down so that I didn't faint, and finished the process so quickly that I was affected less that usual. While I was waiting several regular patients came in that the staff had a friendly report with, which was nice to see. Thanks for being kind and taking care of the neighbourhood!

When going for the test that are required it can be very scary but they always have a way of making sure you are reassured . My technician's name is Shani shamili and I have had her pretty much for every time I've been there which has been many times and she is absolutely amazing . I look forward to going to my appointments as she makes the experience so much more comforting and is a very calming soul . Is she is extremely knowledgeable about what she does gentle and quick but completely thorough . So I'd like to send the utmost thanks to Shani and the Staff of Canadian Vascular Laboratories for making my scary experiences way less scarier.
