They import and sell exclusively Italian wines, and they source their wines directly from farmers who are dedicated to organic farming practices. They also import many wines from young winemakers as well as female winemakers (from regions where female winemakers are not very common). The tasting room is very comfortable and had plenty of seating for people on a Saturday night around 6. You can drop in for shopping (they offer all 50 of their wines in their bottle shop) or to hang out (they offer rotating flights, glasses of wine, and a build your own charcuterie board menu). I was there for the $30 tasting (which is by reservation only), which included five wines and a some snacks (some chips, some cheese, some olives, and some fresh preserves/jam). Bailey, their somm, took such great care of me throughout my tasting. He brought me a map of Italy and described each wine and the winemaker with incredible detail and insight. I enjoyed all of the wines and the snacks! I also left with a few bottles to enjoy later at home! I had a great time at Vine Bar. They're doing something very cool and different from other wine bars, and I'd love to return for another tasting or just to enjoy a glass of wine or two at the bar.

You can get three sizes of cider. They have a flight glass for $2, a half pint for $3.50, and a pint for $6. They also sell large bottles, crowlers, and growlers to go. Every time we go it is always the same bartenders, who are beyond nice. Even when it's pretty full they still take the time to talk with you and get to know you. If we lived closer, we'd be there so much more because it's just that good. I really wish we lived closer. We'll be back soon because that apple spice is just worth it to us!
