Long story short... the company I work for got talked into renting a large printer from Da-Com about a month ago. It took them 3 1/2 weeks to deliver it. They came in with a loaner for 1 week, dropped it off, the came back unannounced in a weeks time to pick it back up (after they already disconnected all of our other printers in the office) without the leased printer. We waited 3 1/2 weeks for the leased printer to arrive. Not even 2 days later we stared to have problems with the printer. I had a service tech come out, and he was very domineering. Trying to act like I had no idea what I was doing with the printer, after I told him multiple times I have used the EXACT same printer at my last job. He never even looked at the printer itself, just kept asking me if "I was sure I know what I'm doing?"!!! So after solving NOTHING, he left only to have me call again yesterday about the same issue. I received a call yesterday from the same tech, who once again was VERY rude to me. When he arrived he continued to argue with me about how I "may no know what I'm doing", I repeatedly explained to him I am familiar with this printer and Mac set up. Well, apparently he WAS NOT!!! He had to call another tech just to figure out how to get to Print Settings! I am not pleased at all with the arrogance of the service tech! I hope I never see him again.

They have a phenomenal staff, including the wonderful Rose who takes most of the calls and is usually the friendly face you see at the counter. Every product I have ordered (from lustre prints, mounted prints, large metal prints for my senior show back in 2011, canvas wall art, etc.) has been excellent and adored by the recipients. I really appreciate that Diversified offers drop-shipping so I can ship directly to my photo clients and not have to worry about an invoice being in the parcel. Over the last several months I've had two printer problems that Chris and Keith have solved for me…read more I have a brother laser printer. The cartridges are like $75 dollars - OUCH! We've been purchasing NXT Premiums from them and in the beginning they worked great. Then, all of a sudden, they stopped fitting in the cartridge slot - or so I thought. Being the great guys that they are, they worked with me to figure this out - so much so that Keith came to my home to help show me the way. Once he did, everything was back to working as it should. The second problem came when all of the sudden, the brand new Magenta cartridge I purchased kept saying it was empty after just being unpackaged and installed. Chris suggested that I needed to reset the cartridge counter. Not knowing how to do this I ended up chatting online with someone from Brother. Ultimately they told me that my laser printer didn't have that capability and thus was required to use their $75 cartridges. I called Cartridge World back and asked them to order the magenta Brother cartridge. I also asked if they would take back the one that I just installed. They graciously agreed. The next morning Chris called asking if Keith could come back to my house to reset the cartridge counter. Because they had already been so helpful with the other issue I was more than happy to welcome them back into my home. Keith arrived at the time agreed and walked me through the process of resetting the cartridge counter. Obviously, Brother had lied to me about my laser printer not having that capability! Chris and Keith have gone over and above in their service to my family and I. Cartridge World is my cartridge supplier! I can't thank them enough for being so helpful. Their time and attention will definitely save me money in the future!

Cartridge World claims to be a green company but that couldn't be further from the truth. They…read morethrow out 99% of inks, toners, and printers that you bring into them. You can check their dumpster out back if you'd like. It's a crime called "greenwashing" to pretend that you're an eco-friendly company when you're really just throwing everything in the trash. What's more, none of the contact information listed on this Yelp page is correct: even the suite number is for the UPS store next door. The owner was made aware of this but didn't seem keen on changing it. He's been aware of the incorrect information for over a month as of the time of this writing. I personally doubt that they will fix these errors.
