Do not use this company if you intend on getting honesty and a quick resolution to any issues that may arise if you want your vehicle wrapped or signage put on it. About a year ago, one of my customers needed their vehicle wrapped. At the time, Kevin owned it and during the course of a few months it changed hands to Jon. Jon stated that he didn't have any record of the payment to wrap the truck, so I presented him with the paid receipt. I repeatedly made an appointment to get the truck wrapped, and several times he stated that the files were incorrect, or measurements were wrong but never did he check my measurements, etc. In short, one of his installers wrapped my customer's vehicle at his home and proceeded to do a hack up job. They cut the bed of his truck with a razor knife, placed the vinyl in the wrong areas, and never had a laptop or drawing next to them to refer to. The customer told them to stop and they proceeded to rip off the vinyl and again he told them to leave it. It has been almost a year and a half and still no resolution. Jon has stated "if we wrap the truck, then we don't have to pay for the damage per the customer right?" In saying that, we didn't hear back from him therefore we had to call and go to Sign A Rama. He stated he was not comfortable wrapping my customer's truck so would have to call around to find out how much it would cost to have someone else do it. That was Friday.
