The worst most unprofessional company I've attempted to work with. I met with Lori the owner 2…read moremonths ago and had an hour and a half talk about the things I needed done for the company I was starting. She explained to me she was partial to startups and would go out of her way to help me in any way she could. She drew up a quote of what I was looking to get done and we shook hands on doing business together and established a trusting business relationship...so I thought. I have tried multiple times to get ahold of her. I have gotten "sorry we are just so busy" and multiple "she is unavailable" from her staff/kids. A month after our meeting she finally got back with me with a proof of what I was looking to have done, so I kept extending myself giving the benefit of the doubt hoping to do good business with a local company. Yet here we are another month later and nothing. I am disappointed and had she quoted me the wrong price she could have simply told me. This is not the way to operate business. Very disappointed, especially considering the rapport that I felt we had built.
