They came out and treated our house. We noticed no difference in the insects. We did let them know that there were still termites outside and they denied that they were termites (it's not hard to tell that they are). Needless to say we did not reschedule services with them. We ended up getting a letter in the mail saying we were being turned over to collections. We hadn't received any bills so we called them only to find out that they had tricked us into signing a contract (our fault for not reading, but also their responsibility to disclose). When we were contacted for repeat services we were never told about the contract. Never sent any bills other than the notice regarding being sent to collections 3 years after the initial service. Now we owe for treatments we didn't get AND interest on bills we were never sent??? IF the services they provide were legit, we would have been repeat customers. Please don't make the mistake we made. STAY AWAY!

After an inspection we find out her floor braces are completely eat up with termites. This is after she has paid them to spray every year and retreat the house in 2019 for 600 dollars! When called they first claimed they told her she needed the treatment but she refused. After she produced the receipt for the treatment they then go on to say her contract states they are not responsible for termite damage! She is 90 and this will cost her thousands!!!! I think these people should have to prove they even did the service because I'm willing to bet they didn't! What is the point of your treatment if it doesn't prevent termites so I don't think you ever did it. You just took an elderly woman's money knowing she lives on her own and probably wouldn't know if you did the work. If you came every year like you were paid to how did no one notice a termite infestation!!!
