When you have ants crawling all over your countertops and walls in your kitchen you want someone to take care of it right away! I am really impressed with Gary and his quick response to my ant infestation. I have a quarterly contract with Knox and this was an extra trip to take care of my problem. Knox Pest Control was recommended to me, and by far that was one of the best recommendations I have ever gotten. I can't put into words how pleased I am with their service. My father lives in Lagrange, but I live in Texas. Romona not only had to work long distance with me and my endless questions, but she had to work around my father's care givers. When his care givers temporarily quit due to the bed bugs in the house, she tried to expedite the date of service. I was so pleased with the technician (Steven, I think) I just had to ask how I could tip the gentleman. My father's home has been bed bug free for a month now and I could not be more pleased.
