Horrible people who take advantage of the elderly!! My 90 year old grandmother has to sell her home…read morebecause she can't live on her own anymore. After an inspection we find out her floor braces are completely eat up with termites. This is after she has paid them to spray every year and retreat the house in 2019 for 600 dollars! When called they first claimed they told her she needed the treatment but she refused. After she produced the receipt for the treatment they then go on to say her contract states they are not responsible for termite damage! She is 90 and this will cost her thousands!!!! I think these people should have to prove they even did the service because I'm willing to bet they didn't! What is the point of your treatment if it doesn't prevent termites so I don't think you ever did it. You just took an elderly woman's money knowing she lives on her own and probably wouldn't know if you did the work. If you came every year like you were paid to how did no one notice a termite infestation!!! Horrible low down dirty lying rats taking advantage of a 90 year old elderly woman!!! how many others are you taking advantage of?! I hope everyone leaves you because you are so corrupt!!!!

First and foremost, I must say how much being a patron to a locally owned business is great and…read morethat should honestly be reason enough... But I follow that with... If you're not using Robards Pest Control for your home or business already, you should. If you're like me... You hate bugs... And the sooner winter can come and kill them all, the better... But in the meantime, why deal with them when there's someone like Joseph at RPC who can take care of you and yours? Let me tell you, it was really late at night and I had a question about a specific bug and though it was the weekend and very much after hours, Joseph took the time to thoughtfully respond to my question and point me in the right direction with both home prep (sealing up entry-access points) and which product would do the best job at killing and deterring the bugs in question. But, one tip?Unlike me, maybe, unless it's like an "Arachnophobia" situation... wait until normal business hours to decide to take an interest on a particular bug? I highly recommend RPC, and agajn, if you're anything like me and the closest you come to being "in touch with nature" is observing it from the other side of a window... Then what do you have to lose??
