They said…read morewe had a rat infestation in the crawlspace (no clue if I actually did have rats but who the hell is going to crawl in there a verify rodent activity?? I had back surgery in August and physically could not. Plus a business that has been providing a service to you for 4 years you would think you could trust) Anyway, I do have a squirrel that keeps getting in my attic so I asked if that could be fixed along with the rodent issue. Paid them over $1,000 and this service was gonna be insured for a year... well the squirrel still has access to the attic and has now eaten through one of my can light wires up there. This problem was suppose to be fixed in September, it's now February. Brandon barely responds and when he does he just says oh yeah I'll get a guy out there. I'd recommend you just find a reputable business to use instead of these guys

I had pest service with them for years and…read morenever had any major problems but I requested they do a wildlife exclusion and they took our money ($1200) and never did the work. It has been 4 months, several phone calls and emails to Brandon and no refund of our money. I hate to leave negative reviews for small businesses during this time but customers need to be protected too. I don't know what happened and how or why they suddenly went bad but after being a loyal customer for 7 years forgoing doing business with larger pest companies I am hurt and angered they wound take advantage of us in this way. We just want our money back.
