He is very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. He worked around my schedule and came out quickly to evaluate our situation. He explained his process and reassured me that they would be cautious about my vegetable garden and pond. I highly recommend this company and their service - so friendly, efficient and responsive! Thanks PJ!

I would highly recommend him for any bee removal job.

We paid over $2,000 for a wildlife exclusion - DON'T DO IT. Arrow inspected the premises and said…read morethey'd seal up the house and the attic mice would be gone in weeks. They said we'd have a one-year guarantee too. The mice never left, Arrow was never able to prevent the mice from getting into the attic. The staff strung us along for a year. In the end, they basically said there's nothing they can do because our house has siding - which they knew when they took our money. They advised us that poison was our best bet. We literally hired them to avoid using poison (to avoid the risk of secondhand poisoning our pet). We still have mice in the attic and this service was COMPLETELY WORTHLESS. It was a waste of a year and a waste of money. They then had the nerve to ask us if we'd like to renew their guarantee for another year. NOPE!

Can you believe when I explained my problem to their competition Orkin, the Orkin representative concluded that I had fleas over the phone. This was before anyone had been dispatched to my home. I even explained that I just moved into a new house in a new subdivision, that none of my neighbors had dogs and that I didn't have a dog and Orkin still insisted it was fleas. Go figure? Thank goodness I had the sense to call Arrow Exterminators. Arrow Exterminators came to my house the next day, completed a thorough examination of the inside and outside grounds and determined I had seasonal silverfish that were coming under the threshold from the grass outside. The problem was solved, treated and I haven't seen any silverfish since. It's been almost a year so I should probably give Arrow Exterminators a call again, especially Fred who services the southern metro area from the Newnan office. First and foremost, I must say how much being a patron to a locally owned business is great and…read morethat should honestly be reason enough... But I follow that with... If you're not using Robards Pest Control for your home or business already, you should. If you're like me... You hate bugs... And the sooner winter can come and kill them all, the better... But in the meantime, why deal with them when there's someone like Joseph at RPC who can take care of you and yours? Let me tell you, it was really late at night and I had a question about a specific bug and though it was the weekend and very much after hours, Joseph took the time to thoughtfully respond to my question and point me in the right direction with both home prep (sealing up entry-access points) and which product would do the best job at killing and deterring the bugs in question. But, one tip?Unlike me, maybe, unless it's like an "Arachnophobia" situation... wait until normal business hours to decide to take an interest on a particular bug? I highly recommend RPC, and agajn, if you're anything like me and the closest you come to being "in touch with nature" is observing it from the other side of a window... Then what do you have to lose??
