Patrick came out within a couple of days to thoroughly investigate my attic space and around the exterior of my house, and he did not see evidence of any squirrel activity in my attic. He spotted one hole near the roof where previous workers had cut for a pipe to come through to the outdoors. Patrick filled the hole with foam to deter any rodents from entering. I was a customer of this service for several years. There was some turnover in staff and I've not…read morereceived the same service. Twice this year the technician showed up at my house without my confirmation that someone would be home. The office claims they could see that he did make a call to me, but I have NO missed calls. The first time my husband just happened to be home.....great. The second time I come home to a note on my front door saying there was only service to the outside of my home. There couldn't have been service to the most part of the outside of my home since there is an 8 ft privacy fence with two dogs for over half my property. I know....technologies are not infallible but at the very least the company should confirm via text or a "warm body" call that someone would be home. I called the office to voice concerns after the second time this happened but no offer of sending someone back out or offering a reduced fee for the quarter was made. I got another notice in the mail last week for payment. I will make this payment but their services are no longer needed for me in Carrollton.

We literally hired them to avoid using poison (to avoid the risk of secondhand poisoning our pet). We still have mice in the attic and this service was COMPLETELY WORTHLESS. It was a waste of a year and a waste of money. They then had the nerve to ask us if we'd like to renew their guarantee for another year. NOPE!

Can you believe when I explained my problem to their competition Orkin, the Orkin representative concluded that I had fleas over the phone. This was before anyone had been dispatched to my home. I even explained that I just moved into a new house in a new subdivision, that none of my neighbors had dogs and that I didn't have a dog and Orkin still insisted it was fleas. Go figure? Thank goodness I had the sense to call Arrow Exterminators. Arrow Exterminators came to my house the next day, completed a thorough examination of the inside and outside grounds and determined I had seasonal silverfish that were coming under the threshold from the grass outside. The problem was solved, treated and I haven't seen any silverfish since. It's been almost a year so I should probably give Arrow Exterminators a call again, especially Fred who services the southern metro area from the Newnan office. Hired them to clean the algae and debris out of a 1000 gallon koi pond. They came out to clean it…read moreout partially. It still had some pine straw and dirt in it as when I went to retrieve the fountain pump they threw back in it and partially cleaned I noticed dirt floating up from under the river stones in the bottom of the pond, when walking on the stones. When retrieving the pump as it was no longer working after they took it apart and partially cleaned it. Lots of algae still in it. I noticed the housing bracket that held the motor had been broken. I also addressed concerns about my well water before they started, telling them my well water was showing a pH of 5.7 acidity from the water seeping into the ground water from all the pine trees. They said they would treat the water also. After they change the water I asked them if they treated it and they said no it would be fine. Turns out it wasn't fine and my concerns were accurate. My 9 koi and 4 gold fish were dead the next day. Horrible experience and terrible decision on my part to hire them. Never again will I hire them. The saying goes you want something done right do it yourself. Id give them 0 stars if I could. Terrible job of cleaning $1000 wasted and $500 worth of koi dead. 3.5 hours of work from them and empty of koi fish and a empty wallet no thanks
