He spotted one hole near the roof where previous workers had cut for a pipe to come through to the outdoors. Patrick filled the hole with foam to deter any rodents from entering. We literally hired them to avoid using poison (to avoid the risk of secondhand poisoning our pet). We still have mice in the attic and this service was COMPLETELY WORTHLESS. In an entire year I never heard a word, call, post card, nothing from them. Now that the contract is up, they want to renew for $300. I declined the renewal based on their lack of communication and not doing what I asked. So, they decided to come into the property, unannounced , and remove the all bait station that I paid $550 for. Not only that, but they left 15 holes in my lawn from the removal. These people are totally unprofessional. Not courteous and only make contact when its time to collect cash. Pass on DPC services.
