I am not pleased with the service Tech Brandon Arnold of Arrow Exterminators. I had to open my neighbor's house for a termite inspection because he had to be out of town with his sick mom. The tech came in and I walked around with him during the inspection and once completed, he said I would call the owner. I found out from the owner he failed the inspection because the tech said he could not see one side of the garage wall due to stuff being against the wall. The tech never asks me to move anything which it took me less than three minutes to move. I called Arrow and a nice lady answered, I explained what happened and she said she would reschedule for the following day from 8am to 10am. Brandon Arnold showed up at 1025am and did not call the owner. The only reason I knew he was there was because I saw him backing in the driveway from my office. He never calls the owner or answers his call. I know Arrow Exterminators is a good company because I have two sisters who have them for their Exterminator. I am hoping Brandon is the only Tech that treats the customers the way he does. read more

I have been a customer of Arrow for 1 year now. Our exterminator guy Kevin is awesome! From the first day we met Kevin, we were immediately put at ease. His wealth of knowledge, level of detail and his explanation of the process has been extremely helpful to say the least. Kevin ALWAYS goes above and beyond to make sure that we feel safe and comfortable in our home. He is always available via phone/ text message or he'll get back in touch with us if he is unavailable at the moment. I HATE bugs and feel so secure knowing that Arrow provides excellent customer service and has excellent workers like Kevin! read more

Our tech isn't very responsive and when we call the office , the appts are like a week out. Since they started spraying our home, we have seen more water bugs inside our house in the last three months than we have seen in the 18 yrs we've been in our home. The product doesn't seem to be as great as they promised when we signed up for their services. read more

We have been using Arrow for a few years. Our previous technician did a great job, but had to change duties due to some physical issues. John Lee took over our account and has provided excellent service. He does a thorough job each time. He also had the knowledge and skill to successfully address a couple of unusual issues we were experiencing. Both from a 'customer service' and technical hands-on point of view he does a great job for us and for Arrow. read more

I signed up for a simple residential annual service and I must say for pest control, it was mostly just excuses... -Spiders don't self clean, so the spray doesn't work unless they eat infected bugs -This wont help with fruit flies -Millipedes will not be effected -Can't do anything about those beetles, they are on the ceiling and the spray will stain But the most shameful part is that I ordered services at the end of October 2015 and was told that each quarter, as long as I paid my $83, if I saw bugs - they would come back. I should have two weeks left on my contract but they refused to schedule a return service and told me that since I got my "4th visit in July," I would need to pay again. Wait... how do you sell people on an annual contract that is only good for 9 months?!? Also, if you don't return their call to schedule a visit within 48 hours, they would just have their service guy show up, spray outside your front door and send you a bill (which is what they did in July). That's some grade F customer service. read more

No ever looks forward to calling an exterminator. When we heard squirrels in the attic, we didn't hesitate to call the same people who do the termite prevention stuff for our house. And I'm glad we did. Arrow was fast, prompt, and courteous. Their example of professionalism would serve well for others to model. They cleaned the attic, sanitized what they could, and have come back to check the (empty) traps twice now. They're always on time, and have been very flexible with me when I needed to reschedule one appointment. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing any variety of pest control. read more

We had Arrow spray outside only because we had those big black roaches (or Palmetto bugs). We've only seen one carcass but the live ones seem to be gone. read more

I had and appointment on 7/10/20 between 2-4pm. They called me two days before stating that the appointment has to be rescheduled with no reason why (the first inconvenience) Rescheduled appointment to 7/17/20 between 2-4pm.The termite home evaluator was Brad Sullivan! He was amazing! Extremely professional! He stayed in contact with me throughout the day by calling regarding the home inspection. The actually exterminator guy name was Kelly! AWFUL! I called the customer service rep Jordan around 3:10pm to find out what was going on because I did not hear anything from them regarding my appointment. She states that this Kelly guy knocked on my door several times, "no once answered" so he left. He also mentioned he saw 2 cars outside. First of all if you see cars outside, why wouldn't you think to call? Mind you I have a camera in front of my door. This guy literally knocked on my door once (obviously not hard enough because my dog did not even bark) waited for 40 seconds and left (I have camera footage, and if i could upload the video I would) I called back and asked for a manger and was told that he'll call me back. Never received a call back! Besides Brad who's professionalism was a breathe of fresh air, this entire experience has just been unprofessional. I have an associate who is good friends with the CEO of Arrow exterminators, he was actually the one who referred me to this company for pest control. He also let me know if I have any issues to advise him so that he can relay the message to his buddy! I will definitely make sure that this complaint is passed along to him. Update: The manager Bill Mayers returned my call! He was extremely unprofessional and rude! He stated this was my fault and not the exterminators fault. Lol wow, that's what you tell a paying customer? Moving forward I will be reaching out to corporate and the CEO of Arrow Exterminators to submit the biggest complaint. read more

Sold house and was denied prorated refund for 10 months of service, very disheartening from a company that I believed was top drawer.

Great experience thus far. We have an awful time with palmetto bugs in the summer and this is the only thing that has helped. Jordan, who came out to do our most recent service was incredibly courteous and professional. Great investment in my peace of mind. read more

We've always had great technicians! We're actually always sad when, for whatever reason, they're "replaced" with a new one.

Flexibility with scheduling, communications between me and the office on billing, and the knowledge and open communications with my technician. I only wish they did not change as often as they have in the past couple of years. read more
