I had no water, called Dixie, they came out the same day and diagnosed the issue, had to get parts…read morethe next day but when I got home from work my well problem was fixed. They recommended a new air bladder tank too, my well pump does not run nearly as much as it did and I have more pressure in the house. I cant thank them enough. Good service. I paid a reasonable amount. I had researched the parts needed and When the estimate was given it was right in line.

I thought I needed an annual maintenance on my well, but they dispelled that notion, as it seems to be a bit of a lie that is posted online by well service providers. They told me if anything changes like water flow or something erratic, that's when you should call a well service provider. That saved me at least 500-600 dollars I'm thinking, so I really appreciate the help I got here. I plan to call Georgia Well as soon as I need help! Thank you to the team here for being honest.

When we attempted to give them a chance to make it right - we got a scathing "you should've" customer-no-service response weeks later. If you want someone to care, don't call Price Bos.
